Why a research fee?
Due to the high demands & because of previous inquires that lead to dead ends. As a travel agent, we are only paid if you book. To ensure you get the best deals I have to look through several vendors. I also provide my services from the time you book until the time you return home from your trip.
What's next?
Once your form and planning fee are collected, please allow up to 48-72 business hours to receive your quotes. This also depends on how many quotes are ahead of yours. Please note that not providing a budget amount could delay the start of your research.
Business Hours are Monday-Friday 4 PM- 9 PM Saturday 10 AM-5 PM
If your travel dates are close and you need your quote done quickly, please add on a rush fee of $20. You will receive first priority!
Planning Fee Packages & How to Book:
- Step 1: Select your package and click " Book now" - $25 for up to 4 travelers -$45 for 5-10 travelers -$75 for 11-15 travelers -$100 for over 15 travelers
- Step 2: Select your number of travelers! There is a different section on the form to put "how many travelers are going on the trip"
- Step 3: Continue to Traveler Information and fill out the entire form
- Step 4: Click "Continue to payment"
- Step 5: Submit payment for planning fee.
- Step 6: Wait 46-72 business hours for quotes to be sent to you via email.
Quote Request:
Quotes will be sent to you via email within 48-72 business hours. Once your form is received, you will receive two options to choose from per destination. You can request 1 revision on dates to your quote within 10 days of delivery of the initial quote within 10 days of delivery of the initial quote. Any revisions or quotes after the first revision are subject to a new planning fee. Clients must respond to quotes and/or provide feedback within 7 days of receipt of your initial quote or the risk of abandoning the quote request. Please note if you are not deposit-ready at the time when you receive your quote, prices are subject to change at any time.
Cancellation policy:
Planning fees are non-refundable or non-transferable to new quotes.
