We are Globetrotters and are excited to help you with your travel. The following terms & conditions (the "Agreement") describe what you can expect from us. The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Globetrotters and the term "you" refers to the individual who signs this agreement.

By booking this trip, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Passports, Visas, and Vaccinations
It is your responsibility to ensure you have the correct travel documentation and vaccinations for the trip. This includes checking that your passport is valid for at least six months after the return date and determining whether a visa is required. We are not responsible for any losses due to failure to comply with passport, visa, or vaccination requirements. Please consult your doctor and relevant embassies for the most up-to-date requirements.
2. Travel and Cancellation Insurance
Adequate travel insurance is mandatory. It must cover medical expenses, trip cancellation, repatriation, injury, death, and other travel-related risks. You are responsible for ensuring your insurance provides coverage for all activities included in this tour.
3. Tour Participation and Client Responsibility
By joining this trip, you agree to comply with the instructions of tour leaders, guides, and other Globetrotters Media LLC representatives. In the event of behavior that endangers yourself or others, or impacts the enjoyment of the trip for other participants, we reserve the right to exclude you from the tour without refund. You are also responsible for any damage or loss caused by you to property or other participants and will be liable for costs incurred.
4. Health and Medical Conditions
You must disclose any medical conditions or disabilities that may affect your ability to participate in the tour. We will do our best to accommodate you but cannot guarantee that all activities will be suitable. We may require a doctor’s note confirming you are fit to participate. Failure to disclose relevant medical information may result in exclusion from the trip without a refund.
5. Our Responsibility for Your Tour
Globetrotters Media LLC will take responsibility for the travel services provided during the tour. However, we are not liable for any injuries, illness, death, or loss arising from circumstances beyond our control, including acts of third parties or force majeure. If a problem arises during the trip, you must inform us immediately to allow us to address the issue.
6. Flights, Transport, and Delays
You are responsible for arriving at the departure point on time. Any missed flights or transport delays must be communicated to both the airline and us. We are not liable for flight cancellations or delays, and compensation for these should be pursued with the airline.
7. Changes and Cancellations
Globetrotters Media LLC reserves the right to make changes to the trip itinerary or cancel the trip due to unforeseen circumstances. If the trip is canceled, you will receive a refund of payments made, but we will not be liable for additional costs such as flights or travel insurance.
By confirming your booking, you accept these terms and conditions and understand your responsibilities as a participant on this tour.
Booking Terms:

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $300 is required to secure your spot.

Final Payment: Full payment is due 30 days before the trip start date (by Jan 23, 2024).

Travel Insurance: Mandatory for all participants. Proof of coverage must be provided prior to departure.

Airfare & Accommodation: Airfare, pre-night, and post-night stays are not included, but we are happy to assist and make recommendations but the buyer is solely responsible for these decisions.
Refund Policy:

Within 72 hours of purchase: Full refund.

Up to 90 days before departure: Full refund, excluding the $300 deposit.

Up to 60 days before departure: 50% refund of total paid, minus the $300 deposit.

Up to 30 days before departure: 25% refund of total paid, minus the $300 deposit.

Less than 30 days: No refund, but a credit for a future trip will be issued.
