Payment Terms & Conditions

By submitting a deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following payment terms and conditions for the Malta 2027 Trip.

Deposit Requirement

A non-refundable deposit of $100 per person is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

Your reservation is not confirmed until the required deposit has been received and processed.

Monthly Payment Plan

To keep your reservation active, monthly payments are required. Travelers are responsible for making payments according to their selected payment schedule.

No payment reminders are guaranteed. It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure payments are made on time.

Final Payment

The final balance is due 60 days prior to departure.

For this departure, all remaining balances must be paid in full no later than 60 days prior to travel.

Failure to make the final payment by the deadline may result in cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of all monies previously paid, subject to supplier terms and conditions.

Late Payments

Failure to maintain monthly payments may result in the cancellation of your reservation. Reinstatement of a canceled reservation is not guaranteed and may be subject to additional fees and availability.

Cancellations & Refunds

The initial $100 per person deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances.

Any additional payments made may be subject to the cancellation and refund policies of the resort, suppliers, and travel partners involved in the trip. Refund eligibility will be determined at the time of cancellation.

No refunds will be issued for unused portions of the trip, including but not limited to missed flights, late arrivals, early departures, voluntary trip interruptions, or failure to participate in included activities.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers. Purchasing travel insurance can help protect your investment in the event of unforeseen circumstances that may require cancellation, interruption, medical treatment, or travel delays.

Pricing

Rates are subject to change until your reservation is confirmed and the required deposit has been received. Once booked, your contracted pricing will remain in effect according to the terms of your reservation.

Submission of a deposit constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions as well as any additional supplier terms, conditions, and travel requirements associated with this trip.
