To be considered a part of Alisha and Isaac's Wedding Group, you must book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). We offer contracted group rates that have been secured through a room block to make this as easy as possible. To participate in all of the wedding-related activities, you must stay at Hotel Xcaret Mexico as part of this wedding group.

• The Adults-Only Suites are located in two different buildings, the Fuego building and the Agua building (Spa rooms). These two sections of the resort only allow guests age 18 and above and rooms here must be requested. If you stay in a different room category other than an Adults-Only room category you will not have access to these buildings.
• Maximum room capacity: Up to 3 guests for the Adults Only suites and 4 guests for the other categories (2 adults & 2 kids, 3 adults & 1 kid, or 3 adults).

• Some rooms with a partial ocean view from the patio/balcony may be categorized as ocean view rooms.

• Modifications to your room category are possible but response times from resorts can take weeks. It is recommended that you select your room category with accuracy.

• If the room you want has sold out, or if you would like to upgrade your room, please contact hello@bohemiaweddingtravel.com for pricing and availability.

• Hotel Xcaret, like most resorts, do not guarantee bed sizes, they are upon request only; please contact us if you would like to request double beds.

• January 21st, 2026 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or adjust the dates reserved.
