  • It is your responsibility to review the invoice upon receipt to ensure 100% accuracy. Please check thoroughly for any discrepancies or errors. Bohemia Wedding Travel is NOT responsible for errors, or any fees associated with necessary changes after 24 hours of receipt.
  • You must book within this room block to be included in the official wedding guest list for the resort.

  • Wedding Day: Wednesday April 22nd, 2026
 

Due Dates:

 

  • November 20th, 2025  $100 to reserve your room due.

  • November 25th, 2025 40% of room total due.

  • January 25th, 2026  Remaining balance due.

 

 

Reminders:

To be included in Taytum and Rico’s Wedding Activities, please only book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). Low contracted group rates that have been secured by Taytum and Rico with a deposit already paid on each room and they will incur penalties for guests who book outside of this block.

 

  1. To participate in all of the wedding-related activities, you must stay at Dreams Jade as part of the wedding group.
  2. If the room you want has sold out, or if you would like to upgrade your room, please contact hello@bohemiaweddingtravel.com for pricing and availability.
  3. Specific buildings, adjacent rooms or room numbers are not guaranteed but may be requested at check-in.
  4. Dreams Jade, like most resorts, does not guarantee bed sizes for some room types, they are upon request only; please contact us if you would like to request queen beds. The earlier you book, the more likely you are to get your requested bed type.
  5. February 19th, 2026 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or adjust the dates reserved.
  6. Modifications to your room category are possible but response times from resorts can take weeks. It is recommended that you select your room category with accuracy to avoid delays.
  7. Child prices are based on age at time of check-in.
  8. When 1 adult and 1 child are sharing a room, the adult will be considered at the "Single Occupancy" rate.
  9. The third child booking in a room will be charged the adult occupancy rate.

Cancellation policy:

  • If you cancel your reservation before November 25th, 2025 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $100 per room booking fee already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room.

  • Between November 25th, 2025 and December 25th, 2025, any cancelled room nights will be charged at 20%

  • Between December 25th, 2025 and February 5th, 2026, any cancelled room nights will be charged at 40%

  • If you cancel your reservation, no-show, or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation after February 5th, 2026 you are responsible for 100% of your original room total. 

 

If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on the insurance providers terms.

Dreams Jade will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.

Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Dreams Jade and has no governance of their refund policies and mandates.
