Itinerary:
- Wedding Day: Sunday, April 11th, 2027.
Due Dates:
- September 5th, 2026 is the deadline to pay the $300 deposit to reserve your room at Garza Blanca Preserve Puerto Vallarta.
- September 10th, 2026 is the due date for the payment of 2 nights of your stay.
- December 1st, 2026 is the deadline to receive the remaining balance for your stay.
Reminders:
To be considered a part of Vivian and Bryant’s Wedding Group, you must book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). Vivian and Bryant have secured contracted group rates with a deposit in your place and they will incur penalties for those that book outside of this room block.
- If the room you want has sold out, or if you would like to upgrade or change catagory please contact maricela@bohemiaweddingtravel.com for pricing and availability.
- If you would like to arrive earlier, extend your stay, change your room or change your length of stay, please contact maricela@bohemiaweddingtravel.com
- February 5th, 2027 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or adjust the dates reserved.
- Some rooms with an ocean view may only have a partial ocean view.
- Specific buildings or room numbers are not guaranteed but can be requested at time of check-in.
- To participate in all of the wedding-related activities, you must stay at Garza Blanca Cancun as part of the wedding group.
- All guests must stay all-inclusive at the resort.
- Garza Blanca does not sell day passes to guests staying at a different resort.
- Specific buildings, adjacent rooms or room numbers are not guaranteed but may be requested at check-in.
- Maximum 2 free children per room ages 0 - 12. Exceeding children will be charged the adult occupancy rate. 1 Free Child age 0 - 12 permitted in rooms with only 1 King Bed.
- Child prices are based on age at time of check-in.
- Children must stay in room with at least one adult.
- When 1 adult and free children are sharing a room, the adult will be considered at the "Single Occupancy" rate.
Cancellation policy:
- If you cancel your reservation before September 10th, 2026 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $300 per room booking fee already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room.
- Between September 10th, 2026 and December 10th, 2026 any reduction in room nights will incur a penalty of one room night per person, based on the category canceled.
- Between December 10th, 2026 and January 10th, 2027 any reduction in room nights will incur a penalty of two room nights per person, based on the category canceled.
- If you cancel your reservation, no-show, or reduce the number of nights or travelers after January 10th, 2027 you are responsible for 100% of your room total.
If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on the insurance providers terms.
Garza Blanca will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason. The resort will not allow room name reassignments outside of 60 days before travel.
Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Garza Blanca and has no governance of refund policies and other rules mandated by Garza Blanca.
