Making reservations for this trip signifies your acceptance of the terms and conditions as set forth within this contract.

• DEPOSIT is Non-Refundable.

• THIS TRIP IS NON-REFUNDABLE

• We highly recommend you purchase TRAVEL INSURANCE.

• Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport.

• Monthly payments are required to retain your reservation. In the case that any payments are missed within the designated month to be paid, your trip maybe subject to cancellation without notice and all monies paid will be immediately forfeited. 

Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current unless you make larger payments than what is required of your monthly payment plan.  Your invoice will clearly note your payment plan. We suggest you put this payment plan on your personal calendar.

• Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this low price to be locked in.

• Airline seat arrangements are solely up to the airline.  Seats for this group tour are only located in the main cabin class. If you require a certain seat, we recommend notifying us immediately.

• Name change fee will be accessed on or before the final payment date or your invoice plus any vendor fees.
