Important Notes:
1️⃣ Arrival & Departure:
- Plan to arrive in Panama City by 4:00 PM on November 24, 2025 to attend the Welcome Event.
- Departure can be scheduled anytime on November 29, 2025.
2️⃣ Trip Extensions (Optional):
- If you'd like to extend your stay, add the additional dates to your booking.
- A customized quote will be provided post-booking.
3️⃣ Passport Requirements:
- Your passport must be valid for at least 3 months beyond your arrival date.
- A passport is not required at the time of booking, but a copy will be needed later in the process.
4️⃣ Double Occupancy Bookings:
- You and your roommate may book separately and pay invoices individually.
- To do this, select one (1) traveler in the dropdown and add your roommate’s name in the designated field.
- Your roommate must book within 24 hours to confirm the shared room.
- If booking together, simply complete all required information for both travelers.

✔ Guided sightseeing with a local English-speaking guide as outlined in the itinerary

✔ Meals as specified in the itinerary (excluding alcoholic beverages)
What's Not Included:
✘ International airfare, departure taxes, fuel surcharges, seat selection, and luggage fees
✘ Meals not specified in the itinerary
✘ Hotel early check-in, late check-out, or extended stays beyond the planned itinerary
✘ Personal expenses, such as shopping, additional activities, or optional excursions
✘ Travel insurance (highly recommended)

📍 Monday, 11/24 – Arrival in Panama City
- Arrive in Panama City and check-in to your hotel
- 7:00 PM: Welcome Event
📍 Tuesday, 11/25 – Panama Canal & City Tour
- Breakfast at the hotel
- Guided tour of Panama Canal, Amador Causeway, and Casco Antiguo (Old Town)
📍 Wednesday, 11/26 – San Blas Islands Excursion 🌊
- Full-day tour to San Blas Islands
- Includes bus ride, boat tour, and lunch
📍 Thursday, 11/27 – Portobelo & Colón Tour
- Breakfast at the hotel
- Day tour to Portobelo and Colón, exploring historic sites and local culture
📍 Friday, 11/28 – Leisure & FriendsGiving Celebration
- Breakfast at the hotel
- Leisure day – explore on your own or relax
- Evening: FriendsGiving Dinner
📍 Saturday, 11/29 – Departure
- Depart Panama City
Payment & Cancellation Policy

Deposit: The initial $100 deposit is non-refundable. However, if you provide a replacement by May 24, 2025, your deposit (minus a credit card processing fee) will be refunded. This is the only exception to the non-refundable deposit policy.

Payment Schedule & Responsibility:
- Payments are due on the dates specified in your payment schedule.
- Failure to pay on time may result in automatic cancellation and could lead to the forfeiture of prior payments.
- Missing a deposit, monthly payment, or final balance payment will place your booking at risk of cancellation.
- If you anticipate any issues meeting a payment deadline, please contact me in advance to discuss alternative arrangements.

Final Payment:
- The final payment is due by September 24, 2025.

Cancellations & Refunds:
- If canceled by May 24, 2025, a $50 cancellation fee will apply.
- If canceled between May 25, 2025, and August 11, 2025, a $200 cancellation fee will apply.
- If canceled after August 12, 2025, all monies paid are non-refundable.
- Any refundable amount, beyond the applicable cancellation fee, will be subject to a 3.5% credit card processing fee.

Liability & Payment Processing:
- sublimeXcursions LLC is not responsible for cancellations due to late payments or declined credit card transactions.
- Passengers voluntarily hold sublimeXcursions LLC harmless for any booking cancellations resulting from late payments or payment processing issues.
- All major credit cards are accepted unless otherwise noted.

Acknowledgment & Responsibility:
- The booking passenger is responsible for informing all other travelers in their party of these terms and conditions.
- By accepting this receipt and making payment to sublimeXcursions LLC, the booking passenger acknowledges that they have been advised of, reviewed, and accept these terms and conditions as part of their contract for travel-related services.

All prices and information are believed to be accurate, available, and current at the time of publication. However, sublimeXcursions LLC does not guarantee the accuracy of pricing, descriptions, or details regarding products and services provided on the website, printed materials, or electronic communications. We disclaim liability for any inaccuracies, typographical errors, or changes beyond our control.

Supplier & Third-Party Liability:
sublimeXcursions LLC is not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any supplier, including but not limited to:- Personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages arising from circumstances beyond our control.
- Travel delays, cancellations, loss of vacation time, or disruptions caused by third parties.
- Acts of suppliers, employees, contractors, terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical failures, construction issues, local laws, diseases, criminal acts, or adverse climatic conditions.
Traveler Responsibilities

Travel Documentation & Entry Requirements:
Travelers are solely responsible for verifying and obtaining all required travel documents, including passports, visas (if applicable), vaccinations, and re-entry requirements for the U.S. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with all entry regulations for your destinations. For updated travel advisories, visit the U.S. Department of State website. -
Accommodations:
While we will make every effort to reserve your selected accommodations, sublimeXcursions LLC makes no guarantees regarding the availability or suitability of accommodations. If the originally booked accommodations are unavailable, we reserve the right to secure comparable accommodations of the same category and service level. Any additional costs, such as upgrades, will be the traveler's responsibility.

Activity Availability & Risks:
sublimeXcursions LLC is not liable if activities become unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances. You acknowledge that participation in activities may involve hazards and inherent risks. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we assume no liability for:- Personal injury or death.
- Lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed property.
- Any incidents occurring before, during, or after the activity.
By booking through sublimeXcursions LLC, you acknowledge and accept these terms, assuming full responsibility for your travel plans.
