Welcome to The Travel Empire, where we help busy people plan & book epic STRESS FREE vacays! We specialize in curating personalized travel experiences for our clients ranging from Curated Vacation Packages, Quick Getaways, Birthday Trips, Group Trips, Girls Trips, Honeymoons, Anniversaries, Milestone Celebrations, Cruises & More. We use our first hand knowledge gained by travelling, specialist trainings and insight from industry partners to give clients authentic experiences while in destination.

To begin the process, please choose your preferred travel planning package below that correlates with the vacation you would like to have planned and booked. Fill out the trip planning form (on the next page) with as much detail as possible to receive an accurate quote.
 
To render our services, a non-refundable research fee is required and MUST be paid after submitting your form. NB. A small credit card transaction (convenience fee) applies and will be displayed on the next page. Each form is for ONE destination and ONE departure city only. If you would like multiple destinations, please fill out a separate form for each one.

Custom Quote Request

We take pride in curating your vacation plans with excellence and detail and as such, we spend a considerable time researching and comparing options to make sure you get the best possible value. Our work is based on years of personal experience and professional expertise. The turnaround time is 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS after receiving your planning form AND research fee. Two (2) revisions are allowed within 14 business days of delivery of the initial quote (destination changes not allowed during the revision process). Any revisions or new quotes after this timeline are subject to a new research fee.
 
NB. If 2 requests are submitted on the same day or within 2 business days of your first request, please allow 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS to receive the second quotation proposal. If there are any delays/additional time is required to complete your quote based on its complexity, you will be advised accordingly. 
Cancellation Policy
Research/planning fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable. This fee is NOT applied towards your trip if booked.  
How to Book:
Step 1: Select your planning package below and click 'Book Now'.
Step 2: Select "1" for number of travelers. You can add the number of travelers for the trip on the next step.
Step 3: Click 'Continue To Traveler Info'.
Step 4: Fill the form out with as much detail as possible for your trip. Here is where you can add how many travelers.
Step 5: Click 'Continue To Payment'.
Step 6: Authorize payment for the research fee.
Step 7: Wait 5-7 business days for your custom quotes to be sent to you via email (check your spam/junk folder if you don't see an email from us).

  • Package for 1-9 travellers to the CARIBBEAN, US, CANADA, MEXICO & LATIN/SOUTH AMERICA (e.g. Panama) destinations only.
  • NON-REFUNDABLE RESEARCH FEE. Fees are in USD and processed in USD via credit/debit card (transaction/convenience fee applies)
  • One (1) destination of choice from 1 departure city and one (1) travel date only (travel dates can be adjusted in the revision phase).
  • Two initial (2) quotations/proposals will be provided via email within 5-7 BUINSESS DAYS of receiving your planning form & research fee. A maximum of two (2) revisions are allowed within 14 days of the initial quote. Any revisions/quotes after this are subject to a new research fee.
  • Two (2) hotel options to choose from based on your budget.
  • Best flight option provided per request (if flight & hotel package option is selected).
  • Optional travel consultation call to further discuss your travel plans, if needed.
  • Personalized destination research to design a travel package customized specifically for you.
  • Booking and management of all trip components once you proceed to book with us.
  • Recommendations of tours & activities to enhance your trip (if applicable) with personal booking link for you to book tours on your own. Option to upgrade to our concierge services package to add custom tours/excursions/itinerary planning etc.
  • Unlimited support from time of booking a travel planning service until you return from your trip.​
  • Bookings must be made within 30 days of approving quotation or a new research fee will apply to re-quote your package.
