Day 2:
 
Bangkok Royal Palace & temple tour - Discover some of Bangkok’s top cultural sights on a half-day private tour of the Grand Palace and famous temples.  Tonight will be our All Red Welcome dinner.
 
 
 
 Day 3:
 
Half day tour to Damnoen Saduak Floating Market - Damnoen Saduak Floating Market in Ratchaburi is one of the most popular floating markets in Thailand. Every day many Thai and foreign tourists travel here to shop, eat, and absorb the atmosphere of Thailand water markets that have been like this for over 100 years.  The rest of the day is yours to shop and pack up for Chiang Mai.

 
 
Day 4 :
 
After breakfast, check  out  and  transfer  to  the  airport  for  your  flight  to  Chiang Mai.  Upon  arrival,  you  will be met and transferred to your hotel for check-in and overnight accommodation.  The rest of the day is free.

 
 Day 5:
 
Start your day with a delicious breakfast before embarking on a city tour of Chiang Mai. Your guide will meet you and take you to the Doi Suthep Temple, one of the most sacred temples in Chiang Mai. Perched on a hilltop, this Northern-Thai-style temple is home to the holy relics of Lord Buddha and offers a stunning panoramic view of the city. Afterward, you'll return to the hotel to relax and enjoy some free time. 

In the evening, indulge in the famous Khantoke Dinner, a traditional northern Thai welcome feast, accompanied by vibrant hill tribe dancing. 

Day 6
 
Cooking Class and the rest of your day is free to explore, shop and indulge in Chiang Mai.

Day 7:

Flight to Phuket - Moderate - Hotel to airport, airport to hotel - Old Phuket Tour and Tiger Kingdom and the rest of your day is free.

 
Day 8:
 
Discover the Magic of Phi Phi Islands After breakfast at your hotel, you will be picked up and transferred to the designated pier. From there, you will board a big boat to begin your journey to the breathtaking Phi Phi Islands. During the tour, you will visit various picturesque locations around the islands, including Maya Bay, Viking Cave, Monkey Beach, and Pileh Lagoon. Enjoy swimming, snorkeling, or simply relaxing on the pristine beaches surrounded by crystal-clear waters. Take in the stunning natural beauty, explore the vibrant marine life, and capture memorable moments amidst the idyllic surroundings. A delicious lunch will be provided on one of the islands, allowing you to refuel and savor local flavors while enjoying the scenic views. Throughout the tour, knowledgeable guides will provide information about the islands and their significance, ensuring you have a memorable and informative experience. After a full day of island exploration and relaxation, you will be transported back to your hotel in Phuket. Take the evening to unwind, reflect on the beauty of Phi Phi Islands, and prepare for the next day’s adventures.

Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policies.

All deposits are non-refundable (transfers to another guest MAY be possible for a fee of $100.00).

IDENTIFICATION: Guests are required to make reservations in the full name that is listed on his/her government document they will use for travel. If you need to make any changes to a name after travel documents have been issued, clients will be responsible for all name change fees, if applicable. 

PASSPORTS AND VISAS: Passengers are responsible for ensuring they have the proper travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required. Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. Some countries require a full blank “VISA” page in the passport for stamping purposes. Any information provided in the travel description pertains to US citizens only. Non-US citizens should check with the respective consulate of the country(s) to be visited for current entry requirements. Dudley Dream Travel d/b/a BWT does not provide or validate travel requirements for Non-US citizens. We strongly suggest all cruise passengers have a valid passport in their possession while cruising.

You must have your roommate identified before booking. You may book at separate times but you must have a roommate's name to book Double Occupancy rates. If you'd like for us to connect you with a Roommate, Enter "Roommate Needed" at booking and we will try our best to connect you with a roommate. Roommate matching is not availabe for this trip.  You may post to try to obtain a roommate in our group. Matching is not guaranteed.  

Hotel Accommodations: All rooms requested are standard twin-bedded (two single beds) rooms with private facilities unless you have specifically requested a king/double size bed. Please understand although we will make a bed type request on your behalf, bed types are subject to availability. Room selection in all cases is strictly at the discretion of the hotel's management on a run-of-house basis. Triple and quad occupancy rooms consist of two beds for cruises, where triple and quad rooms will consist a twin bed for each person. Some single rooms are smaller than a standard room size. The number of persons accommodated does not dictate the room size. Although available at most 4 and 5 star hotels, use of air-conditioning abroad differs greatly from the United States. Many European hotels were built before central air-conditioning was introduced. Air-conditioning is often shut down at night and from the end until the start of the summer months.  Hotel check-in time is generally not before 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is prior to noon. Please be sure that adequate arrangements for accommodations have been taken into consideration when a late-night flight is being used. We reserve the right to make substitutions with hotels of equal standard. There will be no refunds for any difference in the cost of those accommodations. 
If you choose our payment plan, monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current. You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments. Any account 60 days or more past due will be canceled if there is no communication.

Reinstatement of Reservations: If your travel reservations have been cancelled, and you notify us within 14 days that you want to reinstate your reservations, a service reinstatement fee of $50 ($200 for international tours) will be added to your invoice and must be paid in advance in order to apply for reconfirmation of services

PRICES: All prices listed are per person based upon shared twin room occupancy unless otherwise clearly specified. Prices do not include items of a personal nature, such as laundry, wines, water, beverages, food (other than at all-inclusive resorts or where clearly specified), passport and visa fees, insurance, and foreign port taxes unless specifically indicated in the package inclusions. Prices are correct at the time of publication; however, as airfares continually fluctuate and classes of service may have limited capacity, tour package prices and availability will change accordingly. In case of human or computer error, Dudley Dream Travel and/or BWT reserves the right to re-invoice for the correct price or service. A full refund will be made to passengers who choose not to pay an increase, provided BWT receives a written cancellation within five days of the price increase notification.

Late payment of $75.00 per person is required after the final payment date on your invoice. 

PHOTOGRAPHIC RELEASE: Don't Wait, TRAVEL  and Dudley Dream Travel d/b/a BWT may take photographs or video of its trips and trip participants grant Don't Wait, TRAVEL and  Dudley Dream Travel d/b/a BWT permission to do so and for it to use same for promotional or commercial use without payment of any compensation to participant. 

If the destination changes their vaccination or Covid policies that is not a  justifiable cause for cancellation.   We are not responsible for changes due to COVID and our contract with the vendors and suppliers will still be valid. It is HIGHLY encouraged to purchase travel insurance to cover such situations.

 You can add travel protection upon booking or  insurance on your own at www. Allianz.com or www.TravelInsured.com or just Google "Travel Insurance" to select a company that you are comfortable with.   BWT does not recommend or sell travel insurance or travel protection policies.  
You are responsible for verifying that you have appropriate travel documentation and that you meet all travel requirements (i.e passports, IDs, Visas, Vaccines etc). We are not responsible for any cancellations, delays or issues as a result of your travel documents or failure to meet requirements. 

Group Harmony: To ensure the desired group synergy, DWT and BWT reserve the right to accept, reject or expel any individual who is deemed disruptive or incompatible with the interests of the group, including, but not limited to, individuals who are intoxicated and/or under the influence of drugs leading to a negative experience for the remainder of the group. Expenses, including cancellation fees and/or costs for alternate travel plans or to return home, will necessarily be borne by the passenger. All unused services are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

 ***Initial Deposits and subsequent payments are Non-Refundable*** Payments May Possibly be transferred to a newly booked guest on a case by case basis and for a transfer fee of $75.00. If there is no new guest to take your space, no funds can be refunded as we will still be contractually responsible for paying all fees to the hotel and vendors.
