Begin the day with a visit to the iconic Wat Arun (Temple of Dawn), one of Bangkok's most photographed landmarks.

Continue to ICONSIAM, Thailand's premier riverside shopping destination, where guests will enjoy approximately three hours of free time for shopping, dining or exploring.

Later, visit the spectacular Mahanakhon SkyWalk, Thailand's highest observation deck, offering breathtaking panoramic views of Bangkok.

In the evening, enjoy a memorable Chao Phraya River Dinner Cruise, complete with dinner while admiring Bangkok's illuminated skyline.

Day 2 Optional Experience (Additional Cost)

Traditional Thai Costume Rental with Professional Photography Session at Wat Arun

 Day 3:
 
Breakfast at the hotel.

Immerse yourself in authentic Thai culture with a hands-on Thai Cooking Class, learning to prepare some of Thailand's most famous dishes.

Continue to the famous Soap Opera Bangkok Workshop, where guests will create their own handcrafted perfumes and soaps.

Free time for shopping or exploring Bangkok at your leisure.

Day 4 :
Breakfast at the hotel.

Enjoy a leisurely morning to do last minute shopping or optional morning activities and tours.

Check out from the hotel. 

Noon transfer to Bangkok Airport for our onward domestic flight to Chiang Mai.

Upon arrival in Chiang Mai, meet the guide and transfer to the hotel.

In the evening, visit the lively Chiang Mai Night Market, perfect for shopping for local handicrafts, souvenirs and delicious street food.

 
 Day 5:

Breakfast at the hotel.

Enjoy a meaningful day at an Ethical Elephant Sanctuary, where we will:

• Learn about elephant conservation
• Feed the elephants
• Walk alongside the elephants
• Help bathe the elephants

Continue with a visit to a nearby waterfall before enjoying an exciting ATV Adventure through the beautiful countryside.

Lunch is provided with the Ethical Elephant Sanctuary.

Day 6
 
Breakfast at the hotel.

Late morning transfer to Chiang Mai Airport for your domestic flight to Phuket.

Upon arrival in Phuket, transfer to the hotel for check-in, relax, or explore the area. 

In the evening, enjoy a guided walk through the colourful streets of Phuket Old Town, known for its charming Sino-Portuguese architecture, cafés, boutique shops and vibrant local atmosphere. Enjoy group dinner at a local restaurant. 

Day 7:

Spend our final day together enjoying a Phuket boat and beach experience filled with relaxation, swimming, and island exploration.

Soak in the breathtaking views, enjoy the crystal-clear waters, and create lasting memories with your travel tribe. Lunch is included, and life jackets will be provided for your comfort and safety.

Day 8:

Phuket Departure

On your final day, it is time to bid farewell to this enchanting destination. Ensure you have all your belongings and travel documents in order, including your passport, tickets, and any necessary visas. Arrive at the airport with ample time before your flight to complete the check-in and security procedures smoothly. Though your journey in Thailand comes to an end, the memories and experiences you gained will stay with you forever. Depart with a sense of fulfillment, knowing that you have explored and discovered the beauty of this remarkable destination.

We highly recommend extending your stay in Phuket for an additional night to fully enjoy this beautiful destination. This optional add-on is available under the trip options when booking.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policies.

All deposits are non-refundable (transfers to another guest MAY be possible for a fee of $300.00 to cover flights and hotel changes).

IDENTIFICATION: Guests are required to make reservations in the full name that is listed on his/her government document they will use for travel. If you need to make any changes to a name after travel documents have been issued, clients will be responsible for all name change fees, if applicable. 

PASSPORTS AND VISAS: Passengers are responsible for ensuring they have the proper travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required. Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. Some countries require a full blank “VISA” page in the passport for stamping purposes. Any information provided in the travel description pertains to US citizens only. Non-US citizens should check with the respective consulate of the country(s) to be visited for current entry requirements. Don’t Wait Travel Team does not provide or validate travel requirements for Non-US citizens. We strongly suggest all cruise passengers have a valid passport in their possession while cruising.

You must have your roommate identified before booking. You may book at separate times but you must have a roommate's name to book Double Occupancy rates. If you'd like for us to connect you with a Roommate, Enter "Roommate Needed" at booking and we will try our best to connect you with a roommate.  You may post to try to obtain a roommate in our group. Matching is not guaranteed.  

Hotel Accommodations: All rooms requested are standard twin-bedded (two single beds) rooms with private facilities unless you have specifically requested a king/double size bed. Please understand although we will make a bed type request on your behalf, bed types are subject to availability. Room selection in all cases is strictly at the discretion of the hotel's management on a run-of-house basis. Triple and quad occupancy rooms consist of two beds for cruises, where triple and quad rooms will consist a twin bed for each person. Some single rooms are smaller than a standard room size. The number of persons accommodated does not dictate the room size. Although available at most 4 and 5 star hotels, use of air-conditioning abroad differs greatly from the United States. Many European hotels were built before central air-conditioning was introduced. Air-conditioning is often shut down at night and from the end until the start of the summer months.  Hotel check-in time is generally not before 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is prior to noon. Please be sure that adequate arrangements for accommodations have been taken into consideration when a late-night flight is being used. We reserve the right to make substitutions with hotels of equal standard. There will be no refunds for any difference in the cost of those accommodations. 
If you choose our payment plan, monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current. You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments. Any account 45 days or more past due will be canceled if there is no communication.

Reinstatement of Reservations: If your travel reservations have been cancelled, and you notify us within 14 days that you want to reinstate your reservations, a service reinstatement fee of $50 ($200 for international tours) will be added to your invoice and must be paid in advance in order to apply for reconfirmation of services

PRICES: All prices listed are per person based upon shared twin room occupancy unless otherwise clearly specified. Prices do not include items of a personal nature, such as laundry, wines, water, beverages, food (other than at all-inclusive resorts or where clearly specified), passport and visa fees, insurance, and foreign port taxes unless specifically indicated in the package inclusions. Prices are correct at the time of publication; however, as airfares continually fluctuate and classes of service may have limited capacity, tour package prices and availability will change accordingly. In case of human or computer error, Don't Wait Travel team reserves the right to re-invoice for the correct price or service. A full refund will be made to passengers who choose not to pay an increase, provided we receive a written cancellation within five days of the price increase notification.

PHOTOGRAPHIC RELEASE: Don't Wait, TRAVEL Team may take photographs or video of its trips, and trip participants grant Don't Wait, TRAVEL team permission to do so, and for it to use same for promotional or commercial use without payment of any compensation to participant. 

If the destination changes their vaccination or Covid policies that is not a  justifiable cause for cancellation.   We are not responsible for changes due to COVID and our contract with the vendors and suppliers will still be valid. It is HIGHLY encouraged to purchase travel insurance to cover such situations.

You are responsible for verifying that you have appropriate travel documentation and that you meet all travel requirements (i.e passports, IDs, Visas, Vaccines etc). We are not responsible for any cancellations, delays or issues as a result of your travel documents or failure to meet requirements. 

Group Harmony: To ensure the desired group synergy, we reserve the right to accept, reject or expel any individual who is deemed disruptive or incompatible with the interests of the group, including, but not limited to, individuals who are intoxicated and/or under the influence of drugs leading to a negative experience for the remainder of the group. Expenses, including cancellation fees and/or costs for alternate travel plans or to return home, will necessarily be borne by the passenger. All unused services are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

 Initial Deposits and subsequent payments are Non-Refundable Payments May Possibly be transferred to a newly booked guest on a case by case basis and for a transfer fee of $300.00 to cover rebooking of flights,  etc. If there is no new guest to take your space, no funds can be refunded as we will still be contractually responsible for paying all fees to the hotel and vendors.

We create an environment where you can interact with others and have an amazing trip! We provide paid group leaders on every trip to ensure you have an amazing experience.

This service fee is included in all our trips, and we are still affordable and have payment plans for your budget.

Our only advice - Start early so the payments are less expensive.
