Cancellation policy:
- Sweet Life Excursions, will send courtesy reminders for payments due. However, it's the traveler's responsibility to keep up with their trip payments, set their own reminders, and submit their payments in a timely manner.
- If your reservation is canceled due to non-payment, the money applied towards the reservation will be forfeited and is not refundable and/or transferable to another trip. Your investment is at risk and is non-refundable, regardless if you’ve secured travel protection.
- All deposits to Sweet Life Excursions are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once reservations have been made, cancellations will ONLY be accepted in writing. Email your cancellation request to SweetLifeExcursions@gmail.com with your invoice number, full name, and date of travel. If you do not receive an acknowledgement within 48 hours, please text 843-610-7905 to ensure your information was received.
