Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your trip within 24 hours of booking to receive a full refund. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@luxtravellife.net.
After the 24-hour grace period, all deposits and future payments become non-refundable and non-transferable.
Travel Insurance Requirement
All travelers must purchase travel insurance to participate in Lux Travel Life retreats. We strongly encourage securing a policy within one week of booking to ensure coverage.
For the best protection, we highly recommend purchasing a comprehensive “Cancel For Any Reason” (CFAR) insurance policy.
By booking this retreat, you acknowledge that travel insurance is the only way to receive financial reimbursement for flights, accommodations, and non-refundable expenses should the trip be canceled or altered for any reason—whether voluntarily or due to circumstances beyond our control.
