• Until the final payment deadline for the full fare balance, you may make incremental payments under this group booking.
• The full fare balance must be received no later than 30 days (45 days for Southwest Airlines) prior to first commencement of travel by any member of this group booking, or at the time of booking, if this group booking is booked within 30 days of such first commencement of travel.
• The availability of flights, travel dates and times, and specific seats is not guaranteed and is subject to change at any time.  
• Airlines may choose to not ticket an individual group member booking hereunder until the full fare balance of the applicable minimum group size, as well as all applicable taxes, fees, and other charges, is received.  Until receipt of such amounts (understanding that the deposit amounts are payable as of the deposit payment deadline provided in the group booking description), Airlines will honor the base fare and hold inventory, but specific seat availability is not guaranteed.
• This group booking and all travel undertaken hereunder are subject to applicable conditions of carriage and all applicable fare rules and restrictions.
• All tickets under this group booking must be issued via electronic ticketing.  
• All tickets issued under this group booking are nonrefundable. 
• Changes relating to routing, times, dates, class of service and passenger names that are made before the date that is 60 days before commencement of travel within the U.S. or between the U.S. and Canada (or before the date that is 90 days before commencement of travel to international destinations, including Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands, but excluding any segments between the U.S. and Canada, as applicable) are free of charge but may result in a change to the fare.
• After ticketing, 1 passenger name-change per ticket is free of charge, but any subsequent name-change will be subject to the applicable change fee.  No passenger name-changes are permitted within 48 hours of the commencement of travel. 
• After ticketing, ticket changes are subject to the applicable change fee plus any fare difference in the case of date, time or routing changes.
