Virgin Voyage's Cancellation policy:

The cancellation policy was created to provide a better experience for our Sailors. Here's everything you need to know:

If you’re booking more than 120 days prior to the start of the voyage, you have a 7-day grace period to request a full refund on your deposit and any other payments made. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment.

After the 7-day grace period (but still before the 120-day window), you can receive a full refund on any payments, excluding your deposit. For your deposit, you will receive Future Voyage Credit at this time.

Between 119 and 45 days, any funds paid will be converted to Future Voyage Credit (FVC), good to use on any voyage 1 year from the original voyage start date. Sweet deal, huh?

Once you’re within 44 days of your voyage, all funds paid are final. But you do have the option to send someone else in your place up to 48 hours before your voyage if you really can't sail. Please note that taxes and fees will be refunded regardless of when the booking is canceled.

  • No Refunds 

  • No Voyage Date Changes 

  • No Future Voyage Credits for Cancellations (Unless the Sailor tests positive with Covid-19 at the terminal)

  • No Cabin Assignments (Until Closer to Sailing) 

  • They do not qualify for the 7-day grace period or the 24-hour breather

  • Full payment is due at the time of booking when a sailor is within 120 days of their voyage.

Both El Born and the Gothic Quarter are both part of the old town (Ciutat Vella) and share a border along Via Laietana. The hotel is centrally located and known for its proximity to the Arc de Triomf and Ciutadella Park and not too far from the Barcelona Cathedral and other major landmarks.
