Cancellation Policy:

Should you need to cancel the reservation for any reason, you MUST notify us in writing at trips@kim-travels.com by April 1, 2025.
 
The initial deposit made to the reservation will be non-refundable and nontransferable. All future payments made after the deposit will be refundable until April 1, 2025. All payments will be non-refundable if reservation is cancelled after April 2, 2025.

Reservations made MUST be in the FULL NAME as it appears on the passport.

 

PAYMENTS: 

The initial deposit made to the reservation will be nonrefundable and non-transferable.

 

Payments can be made to the reservation anytime up until the final due date of April 15, 2025.

 

The reservation must be paid in full by April 15, 2025. No exceptions will be made.

 

Failure to make the final payment by the deadline will result in cancellation of reservation.

 

Reservations may be prepaid at anytime.

 

 

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION: 

 

The initial deposit made on the reservation will be nonrefundable and non-transferable. 

 

Should you need to cancel the reservation for any reason, you MUST notify us in writing at trips@kim-travels.com by April 1, 2025.

 

TRAVEL INSURANCE: 

All travelers are responsible for securing his/her own travel insurance. It is strongly recommended that you purchase travel insurance to protect yourselves for reasons of cancellation or illness prior to or during travel. In the event a traveler becomes ill during the trip and has not purchased insurance, all hospital and medical expenses are the traveler's responsibility. Furthermore, should you decide not to purchase travel protection all cancellation expenses incurred will be at your (the traveler's) expense.

PHOTOGRAPHY RELEASE: 

KimTravels may take photographs or video of its trips and trip participants. By signing, you give permission to KimTravels to use such videos or images for promotional or commercial use without payment or compensation to participant. Should you choose not to provide permission, you are required to provide notification 60 days prior to travel. As such, you understand you will not be in any photographs taken.

Please plan to arrive at Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ) on June 12, 2025. Your departure flight should be scheduled for June 16, 2025. Once you have purchased your flights, please ensure you provide the flight details within 60 days of departure.
