Pricing:
The below pricing is per person in a double occupancy cabin. If you will be a single cruiser, or sail with 3 or 4 people in your cabin, please email rita@ritaventures.net for specific pricing. Please also email, if you would like pricing for an alternative cabin type.

Passports:
Passports are highly recommended for this sailing. U.S. Citizens need at least 6 months of validity on their passport prior to sailing. Based on your country of citizenship, you may also require a visa.
If you do not currently have a passport or need to renew, I highly recommend you apply for one with expedition. Passport book for adults (16 and older) are $145. Passport renewals for adults (16 and older) are $110. To apply or renew, you can visit https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/passports.html.
Because this sailing is in such a short window, if you need to apply or renew, I would recommend communicating with the Passport Office to verify wait for for expedition, and/or make a same-day reservation at the closest Passport Office.
Parking:
According to PortMiami, long-term cruise parking is $22 per night (Would be $110 for this voyage), while the daily rate is $8 for short-term parking. There is no reserved parking. PortMiami parking accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or any major U.S. Traveler’s Check. No debit card transactions are accepted. Garage J is pre-paid only, so you have to pay when you get to Garage J and are given a decal to post inside your vehicle for the duration of the cruise.
For all other parking, you pay as you leave. On cruise days, all garages and lots have a parking attendant from 6 AM to 5 PM. To access parking garages and Lot #2 on non-cruise days, please contact PortMiami Cruise Operations or Port Security at 305-347-4800. Security patrols all facilities. The closest garage to Terminal V is Garage G.

Pre-Cruise Night:
I highly recommend arriving to the Miami area the night before sailing to avoid the stress of potential travel delays. There is limited hotel availability in Miami, FL. Please select this option if you'd like to add to your Cruise Package.
Airfare:
If you are arriving the night before, there are no restrictions on when your flight should arrive. If you are flying on sailing day, you MUST take the first flight out to arrive at MIA (Miami) no later than noon. The drive from MIA to the port is approximately 10-15 minutes. Boarding begins at approximately 2pm in the afternoon, and you must be onboard two hours prior to sail away.
When planning airfare to return home on the 19th, plan for the flight to leave no earlier than 12 noon.
Transfers are available to purchase as one-way or roundtrip to/from MIA and Port of Miami.
Travel Insurance:
I highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your entire trip. As witnessed in the past years, plans can change drastically when we least expect them to. Travel insurance helps to protect your investment, as well as your well-being should something happen, while you are away. Travel insurance needs to be purchased within two weeks of cruise deposit to ensure coverages for pre-existing conditions and cancel for any reason.

Payments:
Because we are within final payment deadlines, full payment is due upon booking.
Ability:
When booking your cruise package, please make sure you are both medically and legally able to cruise. If you have any questions, please contact me. MUST BE at least 18 years old to sail with Virgin Voyages.
Travel Advisor:
Most cruisers will need limited interaction with the travel advisor, and for this, you can select the complimentary Wave Level Service for up to 30 minutes of consultation. If you prefer unlimited consultation with the travel advisor, you may select Star Level Service for your cruise package at an additional $250 per cabin.
