Cruise Itinerary & Port Highlights:

  • Day 1 (Norfolk, VA): Arrive at Norfolk Cruise dock at your scheduled check-in time.  Ship Departs at 4:30 PM
 
  • Day 2 : Fun Day at Sea-Relax and enjoy all the onboard amenities!
 
  • Day 3 (Celebration Key): Carnival's exclusive destination with pristine beaches, exciting excursions, and fun for the whole family! 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM
  • Day 4 (Nassau, Bahamas): Explore beautiful beaches, visit the famous Atlantis Resort, shop at the Straw Market, or take a catamaran adventure! 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
  • Day 5 (Bimini, Bahamas): Relax on stunning white-sand beaches, go snorkeling, or try your luck at Resorts World Casino! 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
  • Day 6: Fun Day at Sea - Enjoy one last day of relaxation and adventure before returning home.

Passport is not required. You can travel with ID/Driver's License and your original birth certificate, if you don't have a passport.
 
 

 

Terms and Conditions:

1. General Terms

TBC Travel Agency ("the Agency") acts solely as a booking intermediary between the traveler ("the Client") and various suppliers, including airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other travel service providers ("the Suppliers"). By booking with the Agency, the Client acknowledges and agrees to abide by the terms and conditions set forth by both the Agency and the Suppliers.

The Agency is not responsible for errors, omissions, or breaches by Suppliers, nor for delays, cancellations, natural disasters, acts of God, or unforeseen disruptions to travel plans. The Agency will make every reasonable effort to assist Clients in resolving issues but cannot guarantee outcomes.

2. Booking Process

  • Deposits: A deposit of $500 or more is required to confirm a booking. The traveler will see two separate charges on their preferred payment method at booking: 1) payment to Supplier 2) payment to TBC
  • Final Payments: All final payments are due no later than 45 days before the departure date.
  • Late Payments: Late payments may result in penalties, increased costs, or cancellation of the booking without refund. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure timely payment.

3. Supplier Terms

All bookings are subject to the individual terms and conditions of Suppliers, including policies related to cancellations, modifications, and refunds.

Suppliers may change schedules, pricing, or availability without prior notice. The Agency will provide support to address such changes but is not liable for Supplier alterations.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Cancellation Policy: All payments made to TBC Travel Agency are non-refundable and non-transferable due to contractual agreements with Suppliers. There is a $50 per person cancellation fee that should be paid to TBC through direct invoice, before the cancellation is submitted to the Supplier
  • Supplier-Specific Fees: Cancellations may be subject to additional fees imposed by Suppliers.
  • Non-Refundable Fees: Agency booking fees and research fees are non-refundable.
  • Chargebacks: Chargebacks for cancellations are not accepted. All disputes must be handled directly with the Agency. Traveler agrees to not file a chargeback in violation of TBC’s Refund Policy. In the event that a chargeback is requested and/or processed, Traveler agrees to repay TBC for the full amount and be responsible for any fees incurred in recouping payment, including attorney’s fees.
  • Traveler agrees to not file a payment dispute or chargeback through their bank/financial institution and to instead utilize her travel insurance in the event that they can no longer attend the planned trip.

 

5. Name Changes and Modifications

  • Name Corrections: Names must match travel documents exactly.
  • Fees: A $25 Agency fee applies to name changes or itinerary modifications, in addition to any Supplier fees.
  • Restrictions: Changes may not be possible after ticket issuance.

6. Passports, Visas, and Travel Documents

  • Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for securing valid passports (minimum six months validity beyond travel dates) and any necessary visas.
  • Agency Role: The Agency may provide guidance but does not guarantee visa issuance.
  • Document Delivery: Travel documents, including tickets, itineraries, and vouchers, will be provided electronically or via mail 1-2 weeks before departure.

7. Flights & Airline Policies

  • Delays and Cancellations: The Agency is not liable for flight delays, cancellations, or changes made by airlines.
  • Luggage Policies: Clients must adhere to airline-specific baggage policies.

8. Meals, Transfers, and Transportation

Clients must review Supplier-provided information regarding included meals, transfers, and transportation services. The Agency is not liable for discrepancies or changes.

9. Health and Travel Requirements

  • Client Responsibility: Clients must comply with health and travel requirements, including vaccinations, testing, and other protocols.
  • COVID-19 Policies: Travel is subject to evolving COVID-19 regulations. Clients must stay informed and adhere to all applicable rules.

10. Liability and Responsibility

The Agency is not responsible for:

  • Flight delays, cancellations, or missed connections.
  • Changes to accommodations or itineraries by Suppliers.
  • Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

Clients are responsible for:

  • Adhering to travel laws and Supplier policies.
  • Being punctual for itineraries.

11. Travel Insurance

The Agency strongly recommends purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen events, including cancellations, medical emergencies, and trip interruptions.
