As part of our partnership with Backroads, our journey follows the payment and cancellation policy arranged for our group.
Deposit
A $1,000 per person refundable deposit is required to reserve your space on the journey. Your deposit is fully refundable until the final payment due date of March 3, 2027.
Final Payment
The full trip balance is due by March 3, 2027.
Cancellation Policy
• Before March 4, 2027: Your deposit is fully refundable.
• March 4 – June 16, 2027: 50% of the total trip price is non-refundable.
• June 17, 2027 or later: 100% of the total trip price is non-refundable.
Travel Protection
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel protection to help protect your trip investment in the event you need to cancel for a covered reason. Our BLU Journeys team is happy to help provide a travel protection option for your journey.
