PAYMENT SCHEDULE:
Deposit (1) of $25 per person is required to secure booking by July 5, 2023.
Deposit (2) of $250 per person due January 25, 2024 (parties can pay as much or as much leading up to the final date)
Final Payment due March 25, 2024
Terms & Conditions:
Required deposits/payments must be up to date at all times to maintain group requests/cabins. Requests/cabins which do not have the required deposit/payment will be automatically cancelled. Carnival reserves the right to recall all or part of a groups unsold space. On occasion, fully deposited space without names is also subject to recall.
The Group Organizer warrants that he and those traveling with him are physically and emotionally fit to travel at the time of embarkation. Any Guest with special medical, physical or other needs requiring medical attention or special accommodation during the voyage is requested to contact Carnival's Special Needs Desk at specialneeds@carnival.com or by calling 305-599-2600 ext. 70025, to discuss the details of their special needs. Carnival recommends that any Guest who is not self-sufficient travel with a companion who shall take responsibility for any assistance needed during the voyage and in case of emergency.
Name changes or additions are allowed at Carnival Cruise Lines discretion. Name changes are subject to cancellation charges and any rate increases. There is a service fee for any correction involving names, and for any changes to departure cities on Fly-Aweigh guests, and/or for any changes made on pre or post cruise packages within 60 days of sailing. For such late changes, supplement charges may also apply.
Guests under the age of 21 must travel with a relative or guardian of 25 years of age or older. Parent or guardian assumes responsibility for any minors they are traveling with and, may not under any circumstances, purchase alcoholic beverages for any guest under the age of 21. Must have a chaperone for every 8 minors. Guests 12 and younger: may travel in separate staterooms. However, minors must either be directly across the hall or next door. Minors may not be assigned to a balcony cabin without a relative/guardian. Guests 13 - 17 years of age: can be booked up to 3 staterooms away from their accompanying adult. Guests 18 - 20 years of age: do not have any restrictions and may book whatever location they prefer. Prepaid gratuities and/or damage deposits of $100 USD per minor guest may be required for minor groups of 8 cabins or more.
Cancellation policy:
If trip is cancelled by Mar 26, 2024: A $250 per person penalty will get deducted from total balance paid.
If trip is cancelled by April 30, 2024: A 50% Penalty will get deducted from total balance paid.
If trip is cancelled by May 26, 2024: A 75% Penalty will get deducted from total balance paid.
If trip is cancelled by June 10, 2024 - No Refund Full Penalty is deducted.

CHEERS! is an all-inclusive beverage program that allows guests to enjoy a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages by paying a flat daily rate. Guests must be 21 or older to purchase CHEERS! and each adult assigned to the same stateroom must also purchase the program.
Our CHEERS! beverage program includes a great variety of non-alcoholic beverages, as well as a wide selection of high quality brand-name spirits and wines by the glass.
The following beverages are available within the CHEERS! program:
- All spirits, including cocktails, cognacs, whiskies and other spirits, as well as beer (including self-serve beer stations - PYOB) and wine and champagne by the glass, with a $20 USD or lower menu price per serving

Our Premium Wi-Fi plan provides you access to all sites under the Social and Value Plans at the fastest possible connection on board (3 times faster than the Value Plan). Our Premium Plan also supports apps like Zoom, Skype and Teams video calling, where coverage allows. Does not support access to video and music streaming (such as Hulu, Spotify, Pandora); Netflix can be viewed through your Netflix account/app. Cellular-network-dependent Wi-Fi calling and Facetime services are also not supported.
What restrictions are there?
Please note that as our services are carried via satellite; there are a few limitations compared to your home network.
- Only one device at a time can connect to Wi-Fi.
- Satellite internet speed may vary depending on location and time of day.
- Access to certain sites such as mature or violent content is blocked.
- VPN connections are not supported - discuss your VPN limitations with your company’s IT department if you are planning to work while sailing. We are not able to change your settings onboard.
- Pricing for plans purchased pre-cruise vary from plans purchased at time of sailing.
- No refunds after plan is activated on board.
What are some tips to improve the experience?
- Once you board, turn Airplane Mode ‘On’ and connect to Carnival Wi-Fi. By using Airplane Mode, you avoid roaming fees charged by your carrier. Airplane Mode is typically found in your phone’s Settings.
- To benefit from faster speeds, turn off background app data services and updates
- Discuss VPN limitations with your company’s IT department if you are planning to work while sailing. We are not able to change your settings onboard.
- Get the most from your cruise Internet time and your trip — make sure you are powered up and prepared before you board the ship with this handy pre-cruise checklist. Here are a few things you want to remember to pack for your cruise:
