Discover the beauty of Washington with a guided excursion featuring the breathtaking Snoqualmie Falls and a winery visit.

💰 WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED

 

The following expenses are not included in the retreat activity package unless specifically stated otherwise in your booking details.

 

✈️ Flights

Airfare to and from Seattle is not included.

Airport transportation tip: Seattle’s Link light rail connects Seattle-Tacoma International Airport with downtown Seattle. Westlake Station is approximately two blocks from our hotel. The train journey takes around 45 minutes, depending on the service and destination, and offers a convenient alternative to rideshare.

 

Rideshare is another option and may be more convenient when sharing the cost with other arriving guests. The host will offer to help you with this.

 

🚗 Local Transportation

 

Transportation to and from the hotel, restaurants, attractions, and optional activities is generally at each guest’s own expense unless otherwise stated.

 

One benefit of traveling with a group is the opportunity to coordinate rides and potentially split rideshare costs with fellow guests throughout trip.

 

🛥️ Optional Luxury Floating Hot Tub Experience

 

Want to unwind after a day of sightseeing?

 

Join fellow guests for an optional luxury floating hot tub experience on Lake Union, where you can relax while enjoying Seattle’s skyline.

 

A group discount may be available when participants share the cost as each hot tub can fit up to 6 people with ability to drive it on the lake.

 

Participation and pricing will be confirmed separately after final payment date deadline.

📅 YOUR FOUR-DAY SEATTLE ITINERARY

 

DAY 1 — FRIDAY, JULY 30, 2027

 

Arrival, Welcome Dinner & Karaoke 🎤

 

Welcome to Seattle!

 

Arrive at the hotel, check in, and get settled. Hotel check-in begins at 4:00 PM at the Paramount Downtown Seattle. 

At approximately 6:00 PM, we’ll coordinate rideshares to Orient Express Train for our welcome dinner and karaoke experience.

 

The drive is approximately 10 minutes, depending on traffic.

 

Enjoy good food, music, conversation, and an opportunity to get acquainted with your fellow travelers as we kick off the retreat.

 

Included: Welcome dinner and karaoke experience, subject to the stated food and beverage allowance of $50 per person. Spending beyond that amount is at your own expense.

 

Transportation: At each guest’s expense but we will coordinate rides together. 

 

Please note: Guests must be at least 21 years old to enter the karaoke room because likely alcohol will be ordered. Younger guests will be able to dine in the restaurant area.

DAY 2 — SATURDAY, JULY 31, 2027

 

Snoqualmie Falls, Winery Tour & Optional Floating Hot Tub 🌊🍷

 

Start your morning with breakfast (menu) at the hotel or one of the nearby restaurants at your own expense.

Please be ready for the tour’s hotel pickup at approximately 8:15 AM.

 

We’ll head out for our Snoqualmie Falls and winery excursion, enjoying scenic views and time at the tour’s scheduled stops.

Estimated return to the hotel: 4:00 PM.

 

After a day of exploring, unwind at the hotel or freshen up before our optional evening experience.

 

Optional Evening: Luxury Floating Hot Tub🛥️

From approximately 8:10pm to 10:15pm, join fellow guests for a relaxing floating hot tub experience on Lake Union. (Sunset at 8:45pm)

 

Enjoy the skyline, relax in the water, and spend more time connecting with the group.

 

The location is approximately a 10-minute drive from the hotel, depending on traffic.

 

Please be ready to leave hotel by 7:30pm.

 

Optional activity: Additional payment required. Group pricing will depend on participation and final arrangements.

 

DAY 3 — SUNDAY, AUGUST 1, 2027

 

Bainbridge Island Adventure ⛴️🌿

 

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel or at a nearby restaurant.

Alternatively, you can wait until we reach Bainbridge Island to explore local breakfast and coffee options.

 

We’ll prepare to leave the hotel at approximately 9:00 AM.

 

Guests can choose to take a scenic walk with the host and group to Coleman Dock, where we’ll board the ferry, or arrange their own transportation to the terminal.

 

Your Bainbridge Island ferry ticket is included!

 

Enjoy the scenic crossing, explore the island, grab something to eat at popular spots such as Pegasus Coffee, browse local shops, and take in the waterfront atmosphere. A lot is walking distance and some places be better to use the buses.

 

Popular spots to check out while on island is Pia the peacekeeper at Sakai park, Bainbridge History Museum, Pegasus Coffee and Downtown Winslow all walking distance from ferry. More in this highlight video.

We’ll aim to return to the hotel area at approximately 3:30 PM, leaving time to relax or explore Seattle independently. You’re welcome to stay on the island longer.

 

Optional Evening: Can Can Culinary Cabaret 🎭🍽️

Make the most of your final full evening in Seattle with an optional dinner and show experience.

 

This is a great opportunity to enjoy an entertaining night out with fellow travelers.

 

The expected start time is approximately 6:30 PM, subject to the final show schedule.

 

Exact times, ticket pricing, and booking instructions will be shared once confirmed about 2 months prior to trip.

 

Optional Night Out: Gemini Room 🎶🍸

Want to keep the evening going?

 

Consider visiting Gemini Room, a lounge known for R&B and hip-hop music.

 

It is approximately a ten-minute drive from Can Can Dinner/show and five-minute drive from the hotel, depending on traffic.

 

Transportation and purchases are at each guest’s own expense.

 

DAY 4 — MONDAY, AUGUST 2, 2027

 

Departure Day & Last-Minute Seattle Adventures ✈️

 

Check out of the hotel by noon.

 

Sleep in, grab a final meal, explore a nearby attraction, or squeeze in one last Seattle experience before heading home.

 

We’ll share recommendations for restaurants, coffee shops, and attractions within walking distance or short drive from the hotel.

 

If your flight leaves late enough join host at the Immersive Game Box as the bonus indoor group activity which opens at 11am. Located near airport so we can take our luggage to be stored just a 8 min walk from venue cost under $10 per suitcase then to airport from there. 

Game-Specific Guidelines:

• Ages 3+: Family titles like PAW Patrol.
• Ages 5+: Junior bundles or Angry Birds.
• Ages 8+: Standard multiplayer interactive games.
• Ages 12+: Mature-themed options like Squid Game or Escape AI.

💳 BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Please review the booking terms before reserving your spot.

 

Cancellation policy: If you cancel for any reason, $100 per person of the deposit is nonrefundable by deadline of 7/16/27. Payments exceeding that amount are refundable only if the cancellation is received before April 24, 2027 deadline.

 

If need to change any names in room for any reason is no fee. Only can be done up until 7/23/27.

 

Optional activities are subject to their respective booking and cancellation policies.

 

Final payment for remaining balance will be charged on your credit card on 4/24/27 unless you requested to pay off balance earlier than that. No partial payments will be accepted.
