Busy Bee Travel Group charges cancellation fees that are PER PERSON and based on the following schedule:

*​​​​It is imperative that payments are made on time, every month. It is also imperative that the final payment is made by the final payment due date. Failure to make your payments on time, including the final payment could result in additional fees, late fees or the cancellation of your trip.

 

Change Fees:

Any and All Changes that are requested after your reservation has been secured with your initial deposit will incur a fee of $50.00 per change PLUS the fee assessed by the Vendor, if applicable.

Changes include but are not limited to: Name Changes, Spelling Corrections, etc  *Date Changes are not allowed

 

You are agreeing to the terms and conditions, which include the cancellation and change policy, when you fill out your trip registration form and make your initial deposit and all subsequent payments.
