Booking, Cancellation, and Waiver Agreement

Authorizations, Terms & Conditions:

By signing below, I authorize The Heart of God Retreats, LLC to charge my credit/debit card or bank account indicated on this invoice for the noted total amount provided herein. This payment(s) are for the services described on the invoice.

I certify that I am an authorized user of this credit/debit card or bank account.  I will not dispute any payments taken from my credit/debit card or bank as long as the transaction corresponds to the terms and conditions indicated on this invoice.

Note that completing the authorization form does not guarantee your stateroom booking. Bookings are finalized within 24 to 72 hours, excluding Saturdays and Sundays. You will receive a confirmation email with your reservation number and further instructions once your booking is complete.

Cancellation policy:

I have read, understand, and agree that in the event I cancel my cruise booking, an administration and processing fee, per person, in the amount of Two Hundred and Fifty dollars, ($250.00) will be charged by The Heart of God Retreats, LLC.  The fee will be charged to my credit/debit card or bank account at time of cancellation.  

All payments are eligible for a refund if the cancellation request is submitted before the Final Payment Date.  If a cancellation request is submitted on or after Final Payment Date, all cancellations must be submitted in writing by email to info@TheHeartofGodRetreats.com with the subject line clearly stating, “Cancellation Request” with a detailed explanation.  Please contact The Heart of God Retreats, LLC to confirm receipt of your cancellation request by email.  

I have read, understand, and agree that if I decline the Travel Protection, all cancellation requests submitted after the Final Payment Date will result in no refund of your monies.  The booked and paid cruise will be gifted to an individual who wishes to attend but is unable to cover the costs. This policy protects the non-cancelling roommate and The Heart of God Retreats, LLC of additional charges incurred because of your cancellation. There will be no refund paid to me.

In some cases, it may be possible for a new traveler to be added to a booking replacing the cancelling traveler. If so, a name change fee in the amount of  Twenty dollars ($20.00) will be applied.

Charge-backs

I have read, understand, and agree that any attempt to charge-back, reverse, or recollect a previously authorized payment for travel services provided by The Heart of God Retreats, LLC that is not in accordance with the terms of this Agreement may result in a charge-back fee . This fee is intended to cover administrative costs, expenses associated with processing and disputing such charge-backs. The fee will be assessed in addition to any forfeiture of monies paid as outlined in the cancellation policy and terms, and may include potential legal fees incurred by The Heart of God Retreats, LLC in disputing the charge-back claim.

Full Release and Waiver of Liability

I hereby Waive and Release the Heart of God Retreats LLC, and their directors, officers, employees, agents, volunteers, helpers, independent contractors, pastors, speakers of event, hostesses, and every individual person involved in the process of conducting this retreat or conference on a cruise ship.  Upon signing this document, I agree and acknowledge that I release, forever discharge and hold harmless, The Heart of God Retreats, LLC, and its successors and release from any and all liability, claims, and demands of whatever kind or nature, either in law or in equity, which arise or may hereafter arise from these events, The Heart of God Retreats, LLC.

I understand that this Release and Waiver discharge The Heart of God Retreats, LLC., from any liability or claim that I or anyone on my behalf, and not limited to a family member(s), legal guardian and/or with Power of Attorney having any interests on my behalf, such as with respect to any bodily injury, personal injury, illness, death or property damage that may result from MY activities and/or participation in any way during these events hosted by The Heart of God Retreats, LLC.
