Cancellation & Fee policy:

• Any cancellations or changes must be in writing and sent via email to:
  info@mannsplatinumtravel.com  
• All payments to Mann’s Platinum Travel LLC are non-refundable and non-transferable. It is HIGHLY SUGGESTED that you purchase travel insurance as your trip may be refundable through that avenue only. (See terms of your insurance carrier). A link will be provided for insurance once you have secured and paid your deposit. You may visit our website also and choose another Travel Insurance provider or you are free to use your own Travel Insurance provider.
• If your payment is not received by the final posted due date then your reservation is subject to be canceled.
• In the event that a passenger is added or dropped from your room, the overall price is subject to change and the reservation is subject to being rebooked at the current rate for that day. You will be notified via email and will have to approve the new rate if applicable before any changes are finalized.
• There is a minimum $50 name change fee up until 45 days before the departure date. Any name changes within 45 days of departure will incur a fee of $100.
• Traveler understands that upon submission of a chargeback for any portion of the trip cost, traveler terminates all business with Mann’s Platinum Travel LLC. Upon receipt of chargeback, the company will terminate the traveler’s trip. Win or lose, the traveler forfeits their participation on the trip in which the chargeback was submitted for as well as any future trips with Mann’s Platinum Travel.
