Cancellation & Fee Policy

1. Any cancellations or changes must be in writing and sent via email to:
   info@mannsplatinumtravel.com  
2. All payments to Mann’s Platinum Travel LLC are non-refundable and non-transferable. It is HIGHLY SUGGESTED that you purchase travel insurance as your trip may be refundable through that avenue only. (See terms of your insurance carrier). A link will be provided for insurance once you have secured and paid your deposit. You may visit our website also and choose another Travel Insurance provider or you are free to use your own Travel Insurance provider.
3. If your payment is not received by the final posted due date then your reservation is subject to be canceled.
4. In the event that a passenger is added or dropped from your room, the overall price is subject to change and the reservation is subject to being rebooked at the current rate for that day. You will be notified via email and will have to approve the new rate if applicable before any changes are finalized.
5. There is a minimum $50 name change fee up until 45 days before the departure date. Any name changes within 45 days of departure will incur a fee of $100.
6. Traveler understands that upon submission of a chargeback for any portion of the trip cost, traveler terminates all business with Mann’s Platinum Travel LLC. Upon receipt of chargeback, the company will terminate the traveler’s trip. Win or lose, the traveler forfeits their participation on the trip in which the chargeback was submitted for as well as any future trips with Mann’s Platinum Travel.

Terms & Conditions

1. Guests must make reservations in the full name that is listed on their passport that they will use for travel. If you need to make any changes to a name after travel documents have been issued, clients will be responsible for all name change fees, if applicable.
2. Mann’s Platinum Travel advises travelers to check the country's official page for entry requirements. It is the responsibility of each traveler to ensure they meet all entry requirements. Mann’s Platinum Travel will provide entry requirements to trip Participants no more than 4-6 weeks before the trip departure date.
3. Mann’s Platinum Travel will not provide refunds or transfers for any trip participant that fails to meet entry requirements for any reason. This includes but is not limited to an unwillingness to get vaccinated, inability to get a covid test, positive covid test results, failure to get visas, etc..
4. Passengers are responsible for ensuring they have the proper travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required. Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. Some countries require a full blank “VISA” page in the passport for stamping purposes. Any information provided in the travel description pertains to US citizens only. Non-US citizens should check with the respective consulate of the country(s) to be visited for current entry requirements. Mann’s Platinum Travel does not provide or validate travel requirements for Non-US citizens. We strongly suggest all cruise passengers have a valid passport in their possession while cruising.
5. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS: Provided full payment is received no later than your Final Payment Due date, travel documents and travel instructions will be sent via email 30 days or earlier before travel. CHILDREN: All children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. The minimum age for children on tours is 16. Accompanying adults are responsible for the safety of their children. Please note that many countries have adopted practices to prevent international abductions of children. If a person under the age of 18 years will be traveling with an adult other than his/her parents or with only one parent, a notarized letter written by the parents, or non-traveling parent, granting authorization to travel, including the dates of travel, should be carried.
6. All prices are subject to change until deposit is RECEIVED and APPLIED to the reservation. If the price changes after you have paid your deposit, you will be notified via email. If you do not agree to the increased price then you may request a full refund of your deposit via email and within 5 days of the notice of increase. After 5 days your deposit will be forfeited.
7. Traveler grants Mann’s Platinum Travel LLC the right to take photographs, record videos, and/or use social media posts of Traveler in conjunction with travel and/or activities hosted by Mann’s Platinum Travel, before, during, and after such travel and activities. Traveler authorizes Company, its employees, contractors, assignees, transferees, agents, and any other third parties working on Company's behalf, to copyright, use, and publish the photographs, videos, and social media posts in print and/or electronically. Companies may use videos, photographs, or social media posts of traveler with or without traveler's name and for any lawful purposes, including, for example, such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, promotion, fund-raising, and social media/internet content. The Company is released from any reasonable expectation of privacy or confidentiality associated with such content.
8. Traveler acknowledges she/he does not expect and will not receive financial compensation of any kind associated with the taking, publication, or other use of such photographs, videos, and social media posts. Traveler further releases Company, its employees, contractors, assignees, transferees, and any third parties acting on Company's behalf from any liability or claims by Traveler or any representative of Traveler, including those relating to the right of publicity or usage of Traveler's name, likeness, image, voice, or any other identifying trait.
9. Traveler understands that the Mann’s Platinum Travel offers travel services, events, and activities to customers, which are provided by separate and independent vendors. Mann’s Platinum Travel does not operate, control, or otherwise provide the services of these vendors. Hence, the customer understands and agrees that Mann’s Platinum Travel is not responsible for any operating failure, delay, loss, damage, or injury to Traveler or any resulting claims or damages arising as a result. Further, Mann’s Platinum Travel does not and cannot guarantee a certain outcome or a particular result in conjunction with any travel, activities, or events arranged by the Company. While Mann’s Platinum Travel will use its best professional efforts to achieve a successful outcome, we make no promise, warranty, or guarantee, either express or implied, as to a specific outcome or result, or the expectation, perspective, or experience of Traveler.
10. All guests waive, releases, discharges and covenants not to sue Mann’s Platinum Travel and its affiliates, members, sponsors, organizers or other representatives of the successors for any injuries or damages of any kind suffered as a result of this vacation or any related activity. While at the resort, guests are solely responsible for any damages to the property and are solely responsible for returning the property to its original state.
11. Traveler agrees to abide by all applicable domestic and international laws and regulations in the countries of travel and residency, regardless of the length of time in said countries. If questioning, apprehension/arrest, detainment, punishment, or incarceration by lawful authorities occurs, Mann’s Platinum Travel shall not be responsible or liable, either legally, financially or otherwise, for Traveler's actions or release.
12. Travelers understand it is their responsibility to arrive in time for travel departure or event or activity start. Mann’s Platinum Travel assumes no responsibility, liability, or expense for Traveler's inability to travel or participate in any activity or event hosted by Mann’s Platinum Travel due to insufficient, inaccurate, or expired travel, medical, and identifying documentation by Traveler, or failure to arrive on time for travel departures or participation in events or activities for any reason, including those reasons that are out of the control of Traveler.

1. FORCE MAJEURE:
2. There may be times when either party is unable to perform, or complete performance, under the travel contract for reasons out of each other’s control. These are called force majeure events and, if they occur, make performing under the contract inadvisable, commercially impracticable, illegal, or impossible. Events that may trigger this provision include but are not limited to, acts of God, acts of government, acts of war or civil unrest, insurrection or revolts, military action, strikes or other labor activities, criminal or terrorist activities of any kind, or the threat thereof, pandemics, epidemics, illnesses or health conditions prevalent in the area of travel, earthquakes, hurricanes, lightning, and explosions, unexpected legislation, or any other event outside the reasonable control of either party. In the event that a force majeure event occurs, the parties will look to and follow the cancellation policies of the suppliers, what is stated in the travel proposal, and these terms & conditions. Any changes to those policies are at the sole discretion of the supplier (if applicable) and Travel Agency. Passengers will be informed of their options if a force majeure event occurs.

1. I understand that I may see charges from Mann’s Platinum Travel and their Travel Partners and that records will be provided to me to confirm that I submitted or authorized payment(s).
2. Forms are required for all roommates that plan to pay their own deposit and/or payments. Registration forms must be submitted within 24 hours of one another in order to secure a registration.
3. One person will be named the primary client on the booking but all guests sharing the same registration will be equally responsible for paying the balance.
4. In the event that a passenger is added or dropped from your room, the overall price is subject to change.
5. Travelers agree that their safety is primarily their responsibility. Travelers agree to make sure that they know how to participate in activities safely and agree to observe any rules and practices employed to minimize the risk of injury. Travelers agree to stop and seek assistance if they do not believe they can safely continue, limit their participation to reflect their fitness level, and refrain from any and all actions that would pose a hazard to Traveler or others. Travelers understand that, as with any physical activities, they should check with their doctor before embarking upon such activities to verify if they are medically able to participate in any activities. By acknowledging/signing this Travel Agreement form, Traveler acknowledges that they have checked with their doctor and been cleared for any activities they shall participate in. Mann’s Platinum Travel bears no liability for any activity or outcome that may adversely affect the health or well-being of Traveler.
6. Travelers acknowledges that they have voluntarily applied to participate on the trip designated on this application (or a trip which I may change to) and that I have read the description of the trip as it appears in the current Mann’s Platinum Travel website relating to the trip, together with all information contained in this application. Travelers are voluntarily participating in this trip with knowledge of the hazards involved. KNOWING AND VOLUNTARY EXECUTION. Travelers have carefully read these Terms and Conditions and the booking information sections of this document, and fully understand its contents. Travelers are aware that this is a release of liability and a contract between myself and Mann’s Platinum Travel and agree of my own free will. By signing/acknowledging the trip registration upon booking this trip, Traveler’s agree to these Travel Terms & Conditions and Mann’s Platinum Travel LLC Release from Liability, Assumption of Risk and Binding Arbitration Clause for myself and each member of my traveling party.
7. Wheelchairs & Walkers: USA Tours: Pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act (the ADA), Mann’s Platinum Travel LLC seeks to accommodate disabled travelers to the extent possible and consistent with the specific tour itinerary. Nevertheless, you may find that certain tour features may not be accessible to the extent that you require a wheelchair, scooter, or other special equipment to participate. We cannot provide individual assistance to travelers with wheelchairs or other mobility devices. We regret that some itineraries cannot accommodate wheelchairs or motorized scooters. Passengers are required to advise Mann’s Platinum Travel of their accessibility requirements prior to booking in order for Mann’s Platinum Travel to determine if reasonable accommodations are available. Mann’s Platinum Travel will endeavor to accommodate special access needs but does not guarantee that it will be able to do so in all cases.
8. Mann’s Platinum Travel LLC is not responsible for the services and policies imposed by the airlines. Airline schedules and flights are subject to change without notice. Mann’s Platinum Travel LLC is not responsible for penalties incurred for tickets, international or domestic, not issued by Mann’s Platinum Travel due to schedule and/or flight changes.
9. Hotel Accommodations: All rooms requested are standard twin-bedded (two single beds) rooms with private facilities unless you have specifically requested a king/ double size bed. Please understand although we will make a bed type request on your behalf, bed types are subject to availability. Room selection in all cases is strictly at the discretion of the hotel's management on a run-of-house basis. Some single rooms are smaller than a standard room size. The number of persons accommodated does not dictate the room size.
10. Although available at most 4 and 5-star hotels, the use of air-conditioning abroad differs greatly from the United States. Many European hotels were built before central air- conditioning was introduced. Air-conditioning is often shut down at night and from the end until the start of the summer months. All hotel rates are not negotiable and based on Mann’s Platinum Travel agreements with its suppliers. Hotel check-in time is generally not before 3:00 p.m., and check-out time is before noon. Please be sure that adequate arrangements for accommodations have been taken into consideration when a late-night flight is being used. We reserve the right to make substitutions with hotels of equal standard. There will be no refunds for any difference in the cost of those accommodations.
11. Group Harmony: To ensure the desired group synergy, Mann’s Platinum Travel LLC reserves the right to accept, reject or expel any individual who is deemed disruptive or incompatible with the interests of the group, including, but not limited to, individuals who are intoxicated and/or under the influence of drugs leading to a negative experience for the remainder of the group. Expenses, including cancellation fees and/or costs for alternate travel plans or to return home, will necessarily be borne by the passenger. All unused services are non-refundable.
12. KNOWING AND VOLUNTARY EXECUTION: I have carefully read these Terms and Conditions and the booking information sections of this document and fully understand its contents. I am aware that this is a release of liability and a contract between myself and Mann’s Platinum Travel LLC, and I agree of my own free will. By signing, I agree to these Travel Terms & Conditions and Mann’s Platinum Travel LLC Release from Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Binding Arbitration Clause for myself, each member of my traveling party, and any minor children accompanying me.
13. VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION: I acknowledge that I have voluntarily applied to participate in the trip designated on this application (or a trip which I may change to) and that I have read the description of the trip as it appears on the website relating to the trip, together with all information contained in this application. I am voluntarily participating in this trip with knowledge of the hazards involved.
