Reminders:

• If you cancel your reservation before October 20th, 2025 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $300 per room booking fee already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. You can reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date (maintaining the 3 night minimum).
• Between October 20th, 2025 and December 20th, 2025 any cancelled room nights will be charged at 10%
• Between December 20th, 2025 and January 20th, 2026 any cancelled room nights will be charged at 30%
• If you cancel your reservation, no-show, or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation after January 20th, 2026 you are responsible for 100% of your original room total.
