  • It is your responsibility to review the invoice upon receipt to ensure 100% accuracy. Please check thoroughly for any discrepancies or errors. Bohemia Wedding Travel is NOT responsible for errors, or any fees associated with necessary changes after 24 hours of receipt.
  • You must book within this room block to be included in the official wedding guest list for the resort.

  • May 25th, 2025 - Latest date to pay $100 deposit due to reserve a room.

  • June 1st, 2025 - Latest date to pay 40% of room purchase.

  • August 1st, 2025 - Latest date to pay remaining balance due.

  • Secrets Moxché does not guarantee bed types or triple occupancy availability. Double Beds are extremely limited and available only by approved request.

  • Modifications to your room category are possible but response times from resorts can take weeks. It is recommended that you select your room category with accuracy.

  • Specific buildings or room numbers are not guaranteed but can be requested at time of check-in.

  • August 24th 2025 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or adjust the dates reserved.

  • Secret’s Moxche is strictly 18+. Based on age at time of check-in.

 

Cancellation policy:

  • If you cancel your reservation before May 28th, 2025 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $100 per room booking fee already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. However, you can reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date without a fee (maintaining the 3 night minimum).

  • Between May 28th, 2025 and June 28th, 2025 up to 30% of the existing room nights may be cancelled without penalty. A penalty of 20% will apply to the remainder of the cancelled room nights.

  • Between June 28th, 2025 and July 28th, 2025 up to 20% of the existing room nights may be cancelled without penalty. A penalty of 40% will apply to the remainder of the cancelled room nights.

  • Between July 28th, 2025 and August 11th, 2025 up to 5% of the existing room nights may be cancelled without penalty. A penalty of 100% will apply to the remainder of the cancelled room nights.

  • If you cancel your reservation, no-show or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation after August 11th, 2025, you are responsible for 100% of your original room total.

 

  • A 3 night minimum is required.

  • If you have travel insurance you can file a claim for refunds based on their terms.

  • Secrets Moxche will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.

  • Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Secrets Moxche and has no governance of refund policies and other rules mandated by Secrets Moxche.
