If you're considering enlisting travel planning services to create a personalized experience, the process typically involves the following steps:
 
How to book a trip: 
 
1:Initial Inquiry Form:
The first step is the inquiry form where you list your travel preferences, interests, budget and any specific requirements. 
 
2. Proposal: 
Choose from 1 of the customized travel proposals sent you! 
 
3: Payment: 
Lock in your rate by making a full payment. low deposit with payment plan or requesting financing vis Uplift 
 
4: Booked!
Your countdown begins now for your vacation! 
 
Why I Charge a Research Fee 
 
  • While I pride myself in building your vacation, please note, there is a $15 NON REFUNDABLE research fee, which includes three (3-4) quotes for specific dates (I do not guess them for you) for single booking (1-4 people). Any additional quotes will be an additional charged of $10 research fee.
 
  • Group bookings (5 or more) there is an upfront research fee of $25 NON REFUNDABLE. Your quote will be provided within 72 hours. Because of my contracts with my vendors, quoted rates are subject to change until a deposit is made. If a quoted rate is desired, that rate can be held for 24 hours.
 
The research fee is put in place to make sure your travel specialist is compensated in the event that you do not follow through with the booking. All vacations arranged by your travel advisor Jaide Payne-Woods  offer peace of mind as we are in the business of planning individual and group travel. 
 
This fee covers 
  • The time needed to plan your custom trip
  • Facilitating any changes or special requests with the resort 
  • Creating and administering payment plans 
  • Being accessible before and during your trip
  • Processing of insurance covered cancelations
  • and more!

Please be advised that the actual quote pricing is subject to change anytime until your actual deposit to reserve has been paid.
