- In the event that your roommate chooses to cancel, you will be responsible for the single occupancy rate unless you find a replacement (name change fee of $25 applies). Please note your hotel reservation will be rebooked to include a single occupancy or a new roommate and may incur a change in price due to change in hotel price at the time of change.

Passports
A passport is required when traveling outside of the United States. If any passenger carries anything other than a U.S. Passport, please contact the Consulate of the country(s) you are visiting to verify document requirements. If you do not have appropriate documentation, you will be denied entry and any applicable fees are not covered by Travel Protection. Passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your return trip for international travel. Some countries require visas even with a U.S. passport.
