- 21 to 59 days prior to departure - Loss of 50% of trip total
- 20 days or less before travel commences - 100% loss

- Name change
- Up to and including 60 days prior to departure $50 per name change
- 21 to 59 days prior to departure $150 per name change
- 20 days or less before travel no name changes allowed
- Room category or occupancy change
- Up to and including 60 days prior to departure $100 per change
- 21 to 59 days prior to departure $150 per change
- 20 days or less before travel no changes allowed

- If you have kids 2 and under, the price will show incorrectly, but we will manually adjust it after you book

- Once information is complete, click "Continue to Payment" with credit card authorization for payment of deposit
