Here you will be able to book your room for the celebration of Ethan and Hannah at Dreams Bahia Mita Surf & Spa resort in beautiful Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. To be considered a part of Ethan and Hannah's Group, you must book through this group room block and not through any other method (This includes booking directly with the hotel). We offer competitive group rates and have secured a room block to make this as easy as possible.
 
If you have already RSVP'd to the wedding, please complete your booking as soon as possible. 
 
 
Please Note: The "Starting at" pricing below starts at triple occupancy per person for three nights. This price will adjust to reflect the number of travelers on the next page.

Communication & Booking Details:

For a seamless experience, all communications will be in writing and channeled through "Travel Joy," our dedicated booking platform. This ensures a streamlined and organized process for you and the entire wedding party. 

Upon booking, an email thread will be initiated between you and Charlie, our expert travel agent. Be sure to monitor your inbox for his emails, as they will provide crucial details such as due dates, available excursions, and comprehensive travel guides for your destination.

Room Categories:

If you're interested in a room category not listed below, it's because it isn't part of our reserved block. However, we're more than happy to accommodate your preferences by adding different room categories upon request. For pricing and availability of alternative room options, kindly reach out to Charlie at Charlie@simplyclassictravels.com. 

Child & Adult Pricing Guidelines:

  • Children under 3 stay free when accompanied by a paying adult (up to 2 children).
  • For children aged 3-12, the rate is $79 per night.
  • Guests aged 13 and above are classified as "adults."
 

When making your reservation, please refrain from adding children as additonal travelers, as they will be automatically billed at the adult rate. Instead, first secure the reservation for all adults. After receiving your confirmation, inform Charlie about any children you'll be adding to the reservation. Your invoice will be updated and your payment plan will be adjusted to reflect the additional guests. 

Payment Options:

You have the flexibility to either settle your payment in full or opt for a tailored monthly payment plan based on your reservation. If you choose the latter:

  1. Expect monthly email reminders from Charlie regarding your upcoming payments.
  2. Each month, you'll receive a secure link to verify a security code, authorizing your payment.
  3. Rest assured, your card will only be charged on the specified due date. For instance, if you get an email on the 20th highlighting an upcoming payment, you can authorize it right away, but the actual charge will occur on the due date, say the 27th
 
Terms and Conditions:
There is a 3-night minimum for this room block. If you would like to arrive before May 31st or depart after June 3rd, select the extended dates you would like to stay below. I will confirm availability with the hotel and then make your reservation.
 
by reserving your room you acknowledge that the final payment is due by March 1st, 2024. Also, I understand that the resort reserves the right to cancel my reservation if payments are not made by these dates. 
 
This reservation is part of a room block for a specific event and can not be used for any other dates. The resort will not issue a voucher to be used at a later date.
 
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your travel investment. Click Here  to view available options from "Travel Insured."
 
Your reservation is 100% refundable until January 1st, 2024. If you wish to cancel after 1/1/2024, you are responsible for 100% of your room cost. If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on their terms.
 
This resort will not allow any changes, including name changes, to your reservation after May 14th‎, ‎2024
 
Simply Classic Travels is not an agent of the Hotel or "Travel Insured" and has no control over refund policies and other rules mandated by the Hotel.
