Client understands and agrees that in some cases there is NO REFUND from a Supplier once a booking is made and under deposit. All cancellation requests must be sent to Company in writing, pursuant to the Notice provision. As a result of cancellation of or rescheduling change to a confirmed itinerary, Company and Suppliers’ cancellation and rescheduling penalties and change fees will apply. Company’s cancellation fee is $500.00. Each Supplier will have their own cancellation or rescheduling fee, which Client understands fluctuates depending on the Supplier. All cancellation and rescheduling fees will be charged to the credit card or other payment method Client authorized to pay for travel services or deducted from the Suppliers’ refunds. A room block is secured from February 13th to February 17th, 2026. If you would like to reserve a room outside this room block, please reach out to Jenn, your hostess and travel advisor for this winter getaway.
MAJESTIC MIRAGE PUNTA CANA HOTEL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
No discount is available for individual services not consumed.
In the event of no shows the hotel reserves the right to charge full penalty for the entire stay.
Should a client wish to extend their stay, while in house the hotel reserves the right to charge rack rate. In the event that Classic Vacations initiates the change, and updates vouchers, contract rates may apply.
Please note that the sale of extra passengers (triple/quad) occupancy in some room types may constitute additional bedding be brought into the room. Bed type is not guaranteed.
Extra passenger, children or junior rates may only be used in conjunction with 2 adult fares and must not exceed the maximum room occupancy of the category.
Golf tournaments or scrambles are not combinable with our free rounds of golf and supplements will apply.
Check-in time 1500hrs and Check-out time 1200hrs. A fee will apply for guests requesting late check-out.Courtesy showers are available in each lobby for the convenience of our guests, luggage storage available.
The rates indicated in this contract will only be applied to the originally reserved group block, if additional rooms are required the rates will be assessed at the time of reservation.
Please book only one room at a time.
PAYMENT, FEES & CANCELATION POLICY:
$250 per room non‐refundable deposit is required to secure a reservation.(plus the cost of insurance if chosen)
$125 fee for any reservation changes
$500 fee for any cancelation made, even if CFAR Travel Insurance is elected
Cancelations after July 15th, 2025 will be nonrefundable.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE:
Deposit $250 at time of booking
Monthly payment options are available. If chosen, invoices will be sent the 1st of every month
1/2 of balance due by September 15th, 2025
Final Payment due December 1st, 2025
