Itinerary:
Saturday - Day 1 (Alta Badia): Arrival in the beautiful valley of Alta Badia, surrounded by the magnificent mountains of Santa Croce, Lavarela Conturines, and Sassongher, declared in 2009 a UNESCO World Heritage Site for their unique beauty and geological importance. 1 group Venice Airport transfer included.
Sunday - Day 2 (Alta Badia): Today is your first day of skiing! After a long journey, get acquainted with this magical place by discovering the beautiful slopes of Alta Badia. With 53 modern ski lifts, 130 km of excellently groomed slopes, and connections to more than 500 km of slopes in South Tyrol, Trentino, and Veneto, Alta Badia has been a popular destination for skiers and snowboarders for more than 50 years.
Monday - Day 3 (Arabba & Marmolada Glacier, the “Queen of the Dolomites"): Eternal glaciers, iconic peaks, and places rich in history: the Marmolada with a height of 10,047 feet is the highest peak of the Dolomites, hence the name, Queen of the Dolomites. Not far from the Marmolada is the town of Arabba and its ski lifts. This area is a paradise for those who love nature and winter sports.
Tuesday - Day 4 (Cortina d'Ampezzo): Cortina d'Ampezzo is a symbol of a long hospitality tradition and world-class skiing events. In 1956 it hosted the first Winter Olympics held in Italy and internationally broadcasted putting Cortina on the world map earning the title of Queen of Winter Sports. Winter Olympics returns in 2026 to Cortina d'Ampezzo to impress the world again.
Wednesday - Day 5 (Cortina & Alta Badia):Enjoy another day of skiing in the Ampezzo Valley, surrounded by outstanding peaks of the Tofane, Faloria, Cristallo, and Cinque Torri. In the late afternoon, you will then cross a breath-taking corridor between the mountains to reach Alta Badia again - "the horse-drawn cab service" is a memorable experience!
Thursday - Day 6 (Sellaronda):To complete your skiing experience in the Dolomites, you can't miss the world-famous Sellaronda Skiing, also known as the "Tour of the 4 Passes," which circumnavigates the Sella massif on skis through the Dolomite passes-Gardena, Sella, Pordoi, and Campolongo. The landscape changes on each slope!
Friday - Day 7 (Ciao Dolomiti):After skiing the Dolomites, spend a couple of days in Venice, strolling about the most romantic city in the world, our Venice expert travel designer has organized your perfect Venetian stay. Transfer to Venice or to VCE airport.
Saturday - Day 8 (Venice): Explore the city of Venice. Take in the sites and sounds of the city. Spend the day in San Marco Square and enjoy the included boat ride among the city's canals.
Sunday - Day 9 (Venice): Time to bid farewell to Italy and the country queens. You may extend your stay. Via Mondo trusted travel designer will arrange a post stay fitting of a royal. 2 VCE Airport Pier Transfers include.
Cancellation policy:
Customer cancellation before the full payment due date will incur loss of the non-refundable deposit as specified above. Customer cancellation on or after the full payment due date, but less than 60 days prior to departure, will incur a penalty equal to 75% of the total booking cost. Via Mondo Travel & Wellness will make no refunds for Customer cancellations made less than 30 days before departure or subsequent to travel commencement. Other cancellation fees or refunds for Customer cancellation are at the discretion of the hotels, tour operators, rental car agencies and other Service Providers with which Customer has reserved Travel Related Services. Insurance purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE.
