• 3.5% Credit Card Processing + Convenience Fee.
• Visitax Approx $11usd/person (Cancun airport visitor tax)
• Eco-Tax (approx. $1.65 - $3.84 USD) per room, per night determined by each individual property, paid at check-in.

• If you cancel your reservation before December 1st, 2024 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $100 per room booking fee already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. However, you can reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date without a fee (maintaining the 3 night minimum).

• Between December 1st, 2024 and January 1st, 2025 up to 30% of the existing room nights may be cancelled without penalty. A penalty of 20% will apply to the remainder of the cancelled room nights. Up to 30% of the existing room nights may be added to the group at the same rates as the original room block

• Between January 1st, 2025 and February 1st, 2025 up to 20% of the existing room nights may be cancelled without penalty. A penalty of 40% will apply to the remainder of the cancelled room nights. Up to 20% of the existing room nights may be added to the group at the same rates as the original room block

• Between February 1st, 2025 and February 14th, 2025 up to 5% of the existing room nights may be cancelled without penalty. A penalty of 100% will apply to the remainder of the cancelled room nights. Up to 5% of the existing room nights may be added to the group at the same rates as the original room block

• If you cancel your reservation, no-show or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation after February 14th, 2025, you are responsible for 100% of your room total.

• If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on their terms.

   

Secrets Akumal will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.
