What's not included:

• Deposits and all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. We recommend protecting your investment with travel insurance.
• Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your government-issued PASSPORT.
• Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current.
• You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.

• At check-in, a credit card may be required to cover incidental charges. 

• Traveling abroad requires passports to be valid for six (6) months beyond travel dates. For this Whisking Experience, your passport should NOT expire before November 2026

• Traveling to Arusha requires a passport, which MUST be valid for six months beyond your travel dates 
• When making your reservations, you can pay in full or select our convenient payment plan. If you choose a payment plan, you will automatically be added to our automatic monthly payment plan. 
• If you choose the monthly payment plan, you will receive monthly notices when your payment is due. Payments are deducted on the 15^th of the month. 
• Provided full payment is received no later than your Final Payment Due date, travel documents, itineraries, and travel instructions will be emailed 30 days or earlier before travel.
• You MUST purchase your flight to Arusha unless you hire us to assist you.
• Once you purchase your flight,  please notify us of your flight details to ensure you receive your complimentary shuttle is ready to transfer you to the resort.
