I read and agree to the Retreat Cancellation and Refund Policy:
  • A non-refundable deposit of $500 per person is required at the time of registration to secure your spot. By registering, you acknowledge and agree to the following cancellation terms:
    Cancellation received on or before October 1, 2026
    The $500 deposit is forfeited. Any additional payments made will be refunded in full.
  • Cancellation received between October 2 and November 1, 2026
    50% of the total retreat price is forfeited (including the deposit). The remaining balance will be refunded.
  • Cancellation received after November 1, 2026
    No refund will be issued. The full retreat price is non-refundable.
  • Registration received after November 1, 2026 requires payment in full and is non-refundable.

No-shows and early departures: no refund or credit will be issued for failure to attend, late arrival, or early departure.

Transfers: registrations are transferable at any time prior to the retreat. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your reservation to another guest at no additional charge. Please notify us of any transfers by emailing tracy@curatedwanderings.com. The replacement guest will assume all payment obligations and the original registration terms.

Travel insurance: comprehensive travel insurance that includes trip cancellation and interruption coverage is required for each attendee. Travel insurance is not included in the retreat price and is the responsibility of each attendee.
