📌 What's Our Booking Policy? (Please Read Before Booking)

Planning Fee:

• All planning fees are non-refundable, even if you cancel, book elsewhere, or stop planning.

• Research fees are not applied to your trip balance. They cover the time, expertise, and personalized service provided during the planning process.

• Once your research fee is paid and travel arrangements are confirmed, I will:

  • Provide your complete travel documents, including flight itinerary, hotel confirmation, and any excursions or passes

  • Communicate any travel changes or updates via your preferred method: text or email

  • Send a 24-hour courtesy reminder with your travel documents before departure

 Travel Requirements: 

• A valid passport book is required for all international flights and must not expire within 6 months after your travel dates.
  (Passport cards are not valid for international air travel.)

• Starting May 7, 2025, all U.S. citizens flying domestically must have a REAL ID.

Payments & Pricing:

• Deposit amounts and final payment dates will be included in your quote.

• If you’re booking within 30–45 days of travel, full payment will be due at booking.

• Prices are not locked in until a deposit is paid. If guests book at different times, they may receive different pricing based on availability.

Booking Accuracy:

• Please double-check all traveler information. Any errors may result in fees (based on airline, resort, or supplier policies).

Travel Insurance:

• We strongly recommend travel insurance—especially if you haven’t received your passport yet.

• Insurance protects your trip investment in case of delays, emergencies, lost baggage, or unexpected issues.

• If declined, you’ll be required to sign a Travel Insurance Waiver and will assume full responsibility for any losses.

Travel Documents:

• All final documents will be sent via email.

• You must print these documents and present them at your hotel/resort and to your transfer agent upon arrival.
  Failure to do so may result in denied access.

❌ Cancellation Policy

• Planning fees are final and non-refundable, even if you cancel your trip, choose to book elsewhere, or end the planning process.

• All travel supplier cancellation policies (hotel, airline, transportation, etc.) will be included in your travel documents. Please review them carefully—cancellation fees or penalties may apply, and these are set by the suppliers, not the agency.

• We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, especially if you’ve applied for a new passport and have not yet received it.

• Travel insurance protects your investment in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as:
  ✈️ Missed or delayed flights
  💼 Lost baggage
  🌪️ Natural disasters
  💳 Emergencies, accidents, or death
  📄 Invalid or expired travel documents

• If you decline travel insurance, you will be required to sign a Travel Insurance Waiver and accept full responsibility for any losses.
