By paying the planning fee and/or booking travel through our agency, you ("the client") agree to the terms below. "We", "us", or "our" refers to Dreams To Departures Travel Agency.
1. Planning Fees & Payment Terms

All planning/research fees are non-refundable and not applied toward the final trip balance.

Full payment or deposit amounts will be communicated at the time of booking and must be submitted by the due date to secure your reservation.
2. Travel Documents & Identification

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documents, including passports and required visas.

For international travel, passports must be valid at least 6 months beyond your return date.

Starting May 7, 2025, a REAL ID is required for domestic air travel within the U.S.
3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies are set by the travel supplier (e.g., airline, hotel, resort, tour operator) and vary by provider.

We will provide cancellation terms before booking. Refunds are not guaranteed and are at the discretion of the supplier.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected events or trip interruptions.
4. Communication & Support

Our primary method of communication is via email. Please check your inbox and spam folders regularly.

We provide limited support during your trip via email or text during standard business hours (unless otherwise stated).
5. Liability

Dreams To Departures acts solely as a booking agent for travel suppliers. We are not liable for acts, errors, or omissions of any third party, including delays, cancellations, or changes by suppliers.

Clients agree to hold Dreams To Departures harmless for any damages, losses, or injuries incurred during travel.
