Payments: Payments are NOT automatically processed. Your monthly schedule will be provided to you via invoice upon booking this trip. You must utilize the invoice to submit all payments if you do not select the Auto-Pay option. An automated payment reminder will be emailed to you one week prior to each scheduled payment date.
Credit/Debit Card Fees: A standard convenience fee will be charged. The final amount (including convenience fees) will be displayed prior to the final purchase. This fee is not avoidable.
Late Payment Fees: A non-refundable late payment fee of $50 will automatically be added to your reservation if your monthly payment has not been received within 3 days of the scheduled payment date.
Failure To Submit Payments: If you should go more than 60 days (2 months) without submitting a payment or without discussing a payment arrangement with us, your reservation will automatically be canceled without notice. A fee of $150 will be required to reinstate the reservation.
Final Payment: Final payment must be received on or before the final payment due date. Failure to submit the final payment as required will result in an automatic cancellation of the entire reservation. Kurated Travels LLC will not be held responsible for any loss of funds due to cancellation.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your reservation, all payments submitted to Kurated Travels LLC will be non-refundable and non-transferrable without travel insurance. You are strongly encouraged to protect your travel investment by purchasing travel insurance.
Refunds: All payment to Kurated Travels LLC is non-refundable and non-transferrable. This is because Kurated Travels LLC has contractual agreements with our hotel, transportation, and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds.
Payment Disputes: The traveler agrees to not file a payment dispute or chargeback through their bank/financial institution and to instead utilize her travel insurance in the event that she can no longer attend the planned trip. Traveler agrees to not file a chargeback in violation of Kurated Travels LLC's Refund Policy. In the event that a chargeback is requested and/or processed, Traveler agrees to repay Kurated Travels LLC for the full amount and be responsible for any fees incurred in recouping payment, including attorney’s fees.
Travel Insurance: Insurance is highly recommended to protect your travel investment. You are responsible for purchasing your own insurance policy. If you choose a "cancel for any reason" policy (which you should), most carriers require that you purchase the policy within 14-21 days of the initial purchase while others on the day of your initial deposit.
