Cancellation policy:

By paying the planning fee and/or deposit, I have read and accept the Terms & Conditions That's So Unique Travel Escapes, LLC terms & conditions on behalf of myself and anyone in my party. Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.  If your plans change, your right to a refund is limited and subject to each specific Vendors cancellation policy.   You must submit in writing to cancel your reservation.  Allow a minimum of 30 Business days for processing for refunds if it is determined that any are due to you, and they will be returned to the payment method used at the time of the booking.  To avoid cancellation penalties, you should consider purchasing one of the optional travel protection plans. Refund method is determined by the travel protection policy.  It may be by a future travel credit, or funds dispersed back onto your credit card.  Without travel protection, if you must cancel your reservation, make any changes to departure date, or reduce the number in the party, you will be assessed a $50 per person cancellation penalty plus any applicable airline, hotel or other supplier charges. Hotel cancellation polices are established by the hotel. Please note that there are no refunds for cancellations made 7 days or less prior to departure for air-inclusive vacations or less than 48 hours prior to departure for hotel only vacations. Most air carriers consider a name change to be a cancellation; to avoid penalties for name changes, full and complete names are required at time of booking.  It is NOT the responsibility of That's So Unique Travel Escapes, LLC to discuss with your roommate their options if one party cancels.  Each roommate is ultimately responsible for the entire cost of the reservation.

HOW DO GRATUITIES WORK ON A CARNIVAL CRUISE?

The staff on your cruise works hard to make fun happen for you, and Carnival guests show their appreciation by tipping. Stateroom attendants, waitstaff and other folks you’ll see throughout your cruise appreciate the tips they receive. But just as important are the onboard employees working hard behind the scenes to make your cruise amazing!

The easiest way to show you care is through automatic gratuities. This is great because 100% goes to employees, making sure nobody’s efforts are forgotten. When booking, these tips can be automatically applied with a click!

OKAY, HOW MUCH?
Tips are on a per-guest basis, at the following rate:
  • Standard Staterooms: $16 USD per guest, per day
  • Suite Staterooms: $18 USD per guest, per day
(Remember that these figures are for everyone who helps you, throughout your cruise!)
MORE THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT TIPPING
  • Tips are assessed for all guests ages 2 and up.
  • A service charge of 18% will be added to your bill at Bonsai Sushi, Bonsai Teppanyaki, Chef’s Table, Emeril’s Bistro, Guy’s Pig & Anchor Smokehouse | Brewhouse and Seafood Shack. Additional gratuities can be added at your discretion.
  • When ordering room service, tipping is encouraged upon delivery.
