By signing below, I authorize A Happy Place Travel (dba It's Celtic Time!) to charge the credit card provided herein. And I approve use of this card for partial and final payments unless I notify A Happy Place Travel (dba It's Celtic Time!) before payments are due. Full Terms and conditions are here.
- There is a $500.00 non-refundable deposit per person due when booking.
- A partial payment of $300 per person is due 127 days before departure.
- The Final Payment is due 82 days before departure.
Disclosure and Consent
A Happy Place Travel (dba It's Celtic Time!) makes every effort to honor the package price quoted originally, however; under certain circumstances your price may be subject to increase prior to full payment, due to an increase in the cost for one of more of the travel components of your package.
Prices will not increase after making full payment, except for charges resulting from increases in government- imposed taxes, fuel or fees.
*Charges may be incurred for changes made to reservation and are the responsibility of the traveler.
Responsibility: By acceptance of this reservation or other evidence of travel arrangements, the customer understands the A Happy Place Travel (dba It's Celtic Time!) acts only as agents for the supplier, hotel or other facility providing the transportation, accommodations or other travel services.
A Happy Place Travel (dba It's Celtic Time!) shall not become liable for any personal injury, property damage, accident, delay, inconvenience, change in itinerary or accommodations or personal dissatisfaction with the travel arrangements provided.
By authorizing a credit card payment, you understand that the deposit is non-refundable and that A Happy Place Travel (dba It's Celtic Time!) has a cancellation penalty of $200/person (in addition to any penalties assessed by the travel supplier) that will be charged to your credit card in the event that you cancel.
