Travel Insurance:
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for every trip.  Travel insurance protects against unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellations.  Unexpected accidents or illnesses before or during your trip can disrupt your plans and lead to significant medical expenses and additional costs.  Weather issues and flight delays can also cause unexpected expenses.  These costs are the traveler's responsibility, and B.A.G. Travel will not refund any money for unused or lost travel arrangements. Travel insurance can help cover these expenses, depending on the insurer’s policy terms. Some countries now require proof of adequate travel medical insurance for entry.  B.A.G. Travel and its partners are not liable for any losses or costs due to events beyond our control and will enforce fees and charges per our Terms & Conditions. We strongly advise getting travel insurance for every journey!

Travel Documents:

Travel documents, tickets, joining and departure details, along with supplier addresses and contact numbers, will be provided after we receive the final payment. Please note that entry to another country can still be denied, even if all necessary information and travel documents are valid and complete.

Visas and Passports:
A passport valid for at least six months beyond your travel date is required for entry into all countries. Some destinations may also require visas; please inquire for specific details. At the time of booking, check with your agent to confirm if visas are needed for your chosen destinations. If you are not traveling on an American or Canadian passport, it's crucial to verify visa requirements for all the countries you will visit or transit through. It is your responsibility to ensure you have the correct documentation.

Need a Passport or Visa expedite? Request one from our partner here: Passport & Visa Services.

Living standards and practices at the destination:
These may vary from those in your country of origin. The standards and conditions for utilities, services, and accommodations in other countries can also differ from what you're accustomed to at home.

Prices:
Due to the volatility of exchange rates in many of the destinations B.A.G. Travel and our suppliers offer, we recommend confirming the price at the time of booking.  All prices are subject to change or surcharge. After we receive your deposit, you will have the option to pay in full to avoid any potential price increase (though this is rare).  If the total price of the travel services increases and the cumulative increase, excluding changes in government taxes and fees, exceeds 10%, you have the right to cancel and receive a full refund.  Once the balance is paid in full, no price increases will apply, except for government charges like National Park fees, taxes, and any local fees at the destination.  These charges are beyond the control of Goway or its suppliers and must be covered by the customer, even if the booking is fully paid.

  • Amendment Fees:
After a booking is made, any changes will incur a communications fee of $25 per change. If documents have already been issued, a minimum administration fee of $50 will apply, in addition to the communications charges. Some suppliers may also charge fees for altering certain travel arrangements, and changes to a booking could result in cancellation fees if they involve a change of service or supplier. It's important to discuss with your travel agent before deciding to change or cancel any booking item, as it might be considered a partial booking cancellation depending on the timing and nature of the change.
