Think rooftop vibes, brunches, Times Square lights, good food, city energy, and for those who want it — optional Brooklyn Carnival experiences and the Labor Day Parade on Monday.

This is a casual hosted meetup-style girls' weekend where you can choose your own vibe throughout the weekend.

This is a flexible meetup-style group experience. Activities throughout the weekend are optional and may be paid separately.

Pricing is based on current hotel rates and is subject to change until deposit is secured.

A nonrefundable deposit is required to secure your spot.

Payments & Reservations

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot on this trip.

All payments must be made according to the agreed-upon payment schedule. Failure to make payments on time may result in cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of all funds paid.

Full payment must be received by the final payment deadline.

Cancellation Policy

All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

This includes cancellations due to personal reasons, medical issues, scheduling conflicts, or failure to obtain proper travel documentation.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment in case of cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, or other unforeseen events.

Renee’s Premier Travel is not responsible for any losses incurred without travel insurance.

Room Occupancy

Pricing is based on the selected occupancy at the time of booking.

If a traveler’s roommate cancels, the remaining traveler is responsible for the difference in cost or must upgrade to single occupancy.

Itinerary Changes

Renee’s Premier Travel reserves the right to make adjustments to the itinerary, accommodations, or scheduled activities due to weather, supplier changes, or unforeseen circumstances.

Conduct & Behavior

This trip is designed to be a positive and enjoyable experience for all participants.

Renee’s Premier Travel reserves the right to remove any traveler from the trip without refund if their behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate.

Liability

Renee’s Premier Travel acts only as an agent for suppliers including hotels, transportation providers, and tour operators.

We are not responsible for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by third-party providers.
