Group Charter - Sightseeing Full Day Vancouver & North Shore

Location: 788 Robson St, Vancouver, BC V6Z 1A1, Canada 

Please be ready in the hotel lobby five minutes prior to your noted departure time. Confirm with the Front desk or Bell Desk where the group motorcoaches will be parked.

Enjoy a sightseeing tour of Vancouver and the spectacular North Shore with breath taking views of the city, ocean and surrounding mountains. Highlights include Chinatown, Gastown, Granville Island . the 137 metre (450 feet) Capilano Suspension Bridge and the Grouse Mountain Skyride.

Capilano Suspension Bridge

Location: 3735 Capilano Rd, North Vancouver, BC V7R 4J1, Canada 

Take a walk across the 137 metres (450 feet) long and 70 metres (230 feet) high bridge perched above the Capilano Canyon then stroll along Treetops Adventure, seven suspension bridges through the evergreens taking you above the forest floor for a squirrel’s eye view of a thriving coastal rainforest.

Grouse Mountain

Location: Grouse Mountain @ Skyride, North Vancouver, BC V7R 4K9, Canada
Take a gondola to the apex of Grouse Mountain, climbing to 4,100 feet above sea level. At the summit, take in the incredible views of Vancouver and the Pacific Ocean.

Day 3: May 23, 2022
Motorcoach Transfer: Vancouver Hotel to Rocky Mountaineer Station

Location: 602 Dunsmuir St, Vancouver, BC V6B 1Y6, Canada  Board your private motorcoach and transfer to the Rocky Mountaineer Station.

Vancouver to Kamloops

Location: 1755 Cottrell St, Vancouver, BC V6A 2L8, Canada (

Board the Rocky Mountaineer train at the Vancouver Station at 7:30am PT. Travel from the coastal city of Vancouver to Kamloops, in the heart of British Columbia’s interior.
On today’s journey you will see dramatic changes in scenery, from the lush green fields of the Fraser Valley, through forests and winding river canyons surrounded by the peaks of the Coast and Cascade Mountains, to the desert-like environment of the BC Interior. Highlights include the rushing waters of Hell’s Gate in the Fraser Canyon and the steep slopes and rock sheds along the Thompson River. Breakfast & lunch are included onboard.

Your day concludes as the Rocky Mountaineer travels along the shores of Kamloops Lake into Kamloops between 6:00pm and 7:30pm PT. Spend the evening exploring the city of Kamloops or relaxing in your hotel room.

Coach Transfer: Kamloops Station to Your Hotel

Location: Kamloops, BC, Canada 
Upon arrival at the Kamloops Station, you will be transferred by motorcoach to your overnight accommodation.

Kamloops Accommodation

Location: Kamloops, BC, Canada 
Upon check-in for your train departure you will receive a boarding pass which will indicate your Kamloops accommodation. Your accommodation in Kamloops will be of a moderate standard, but will include all the essential amenities to make your stay comfortable. (Kamloops does not have any 4/5 Star Properties)  

Day 4: May 24, 2022 

The onboard host gratuity has been included in your vacation package.

Coach Transfer: Your Hotel to Kamloops Station

Location: Kamloops, BC, Canada 
Early this morning, you will be transferred by motorcoach to the station from your hotel. Your pick-up times will be provided with your final travel documents.

Kamloops to Lake Louise

Location: Station Plaza Road, Kamloops 

Board the Rocky Mountaineer train at the Kamloops Station at 6:25am PT, to continue your journey east to the mighty Canadian Rockies and the province of Alberta. Travel across ranchlands, along rocky lakeshores, over high mountain passes and through the remarkable tunnels that form part of the rich rail history of the Canadian Rockies. Breakfast & lunch are included onboard. Highlights include Craigellachie, where the last spike of the Canadian Pacific Railway was driven, the climb over Rogers Pass, the Kicking Horse Canyon, the Spiral Tunnels and, the glaciers and snow-capped peaks of the Canadian Rockies.

Lake Louise to Banff

Location: 200 Sentinel Rd, Lake Louise, AB T0L, Canada 
Continue on to your final destination in Banff. Please note you will not disembark the train at Lake Louise.

Our expected arrival time in Banff will be between 19:00 and 20:30.

Motorcoach Transfer: Banff Station to Banff Hotel

Location: Banff, Alberta 
Board your private motorcoach and transfer to your hotel.  

National Parks Pass

Location: Improvement District No. 9, AB T0L, Canada 
Your admission to Canadian national parks is included in your package. Your pass is only valid for the number of days that you have booked accommodation in a National Park through Rocky Mountaineer.

Depart by motorcoach for your full-day tour of Banff and Yoho National Park. Yoho National Park offers magnificent natural wonders like the Spiral Tunnels, the turquoise serene waters of Emerald Lake and a natural Rock Bridge spanning the Kicking Horse River.
A stop for free time will be made at The Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise for you to revel in the breathtaking surroundings of Lake Louise. Reboard your motorcoach and continue your tour concluding with a return to your Banff hotel.

Sightseeing Tour: Columbia Icefields

Location: 208 Muskrat St, Banff, AB T1L, Canada 

Board your private motorcoach and enjoy a full day sightseeing tour along the magnificent Icefields Parkway. Among the highlights are Bow Lake, the Athabasca Falls and the Columbia Icefields. This icefield is one of the largest accumulations of ice south of the Arctic Circle as well as being one of the most accessible in North America. It is here you will ride a unique Ice Explorer onto the Athabasca Glacier and learn more about its geological features.

Ice Explorer

Glacier Skywalk

Consisting of a 400 metre (1,640 feet) interpretive boardwalk and a glass-floored observation platform extending 30 metres (98 feet) out over the Sunwapta Valley, Glacier Skywalk takes spectacular scenery and a rare view of nature to unbelievable heights. The award-winning architecture of the Skywalk is a feat of contemporary design.

Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise
