GROUP BOOKING POLICIES – TRAVELING WITH AIR
Governing Entity: Angela Instant Results LLC

FLIGHT INSTRUCTIONS: You are responsible for booking your flights to and from the
designated airport for your trip. Please ensure that your flight arrives at the destination airport no
later than the required time to meet group transfers. Your departure flight must be scheduled as
per the itinerary to align with group transport. Specific flight details will be provided for each
trip.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE: Your payment schedule will be provided on your invoice at the time
of booking.

PAYMENT POLICY: All payments are non-refundable per our terms & conditions, but may be
transferable to another traveler if you find a replacement. Deposits must be paid in full. Partial
deposits or monthly payments will not be accepted unless a deposit promotion is advertised.
Payment of the deposit confirms your agreement with the Terms & Conditions. Reservations
without payments for two consecutive months are subject to cancellation due to nonpayment. No
refunds will be provided per our terms & conditions.

DIRECT INVOICE INFORMATION: Invoices are sent after the deposit has been made. All
guests will receive an invoice via email for their remaining reservation payments. All invoices
are subject to a processing fee of 3.5% + $0.30, which will be added to the total amount of the
trip. This fee is non-refundable.

IMPORTANT PAYMENT INFORMATION: Monthly payment amounts will vary based on
the date of deposit. Travelers can select Automatic Payments or Standard Payments when
making reservations.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS: A valid passport is required for international travel and must be valid
for at least six months after your departure date. Proof of passport submission may be required. It
is the traveler’s responsibility to obtain a valid passport before the trip. No refunds will be issued
due to failure to obtain proper documentation.

VISA REQUIREMENTS: Some destinations may require a visa or travel authorization prior to
arrival. It is the traveler’s responsibility to check with the respective consulate(s) for visa
requirements. Information provided applies to U.S. citizens only. Non-U.S. citizens should verify
requirements with their consulate.

VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS: Any necessary vaccinations for entry will be
communicated. Travelers are responsible for ensuring they meet all health-related entry
requirements for the destination.

TOUR ENDURANCE: This trip involves continuous movement and may require extended
periods of walking, riding in vehicles, or engaging in physical activities. Travelers must be
physically capable of participating in planned excursions.

CANCELLATION  & TRANSFER POLICY: Travelers have 72 hours from the date of deposit
to cancel for a refund of the deposit and/or any payments made during that timeframe. All
cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to alinton@ainstantresult.com. Due
to contractual agreements with vendors and suppliers, all payments are non-refundable after the
24-hour cancellation window unless otherwise stated in writing by Angela Instant Results LLC.
Payments may be transferable to another traveler should you find someone to take your place;
however, Angela Instant Results LLC (Traveling with AIR) is not responsible for securing a
replacement traveler. All transfer requests must be approved in writing by Angela Instant Results
LLC and are subject to vendor terms and potential change or administrative fees. By submitting
your deposit or any payment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined herein, and you
enter into a binding agreement with Angela Instant Results LLC. Angela Instant Results LLC
reserves the right to enforce all stated terms and conditions regarding cancellations, transfers,
and payments.

MANDATORY TRAVEL INSURANCE POLICY: Travel insurance is required for all
Traveling with AIR group trips. Travel insurance is essential to protect your trip payments
against unforeseen circumstances, including medical emergencies, trip cancellations,
interruptions, lost baggage, and other unexpected events while traveling internationally. Proof of
travel insurance must be submitted no later than 30 days before departure. Failure to purchase
and submit proof of insurance may result in the cancellation of your reservation without refund.
We strongly recommend selecting a policy that includes Cancel for Any Reason coverage and
adequate protection while on international soil.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If your financial situation changes and you cannot make a monthly
payment, please email alinton@ainstantresult.com immediately to avoid reservation cancellation.
