Payment Authorization

I authorize Vacation With Tiffany to charge the credit card or bank account indicated on this invoice for the noted amount on today's date. This payment is for the services described on the invoice. I understand that returns, refunds, and cancellations are at the discretion of Vacation With Tiffany. I certify that I am an authorized user of this credit card and that I will not dispute the payment with my credit card company, so long as the transaction corresponds to the terms indicated on this invoice.

Terms & Conditions

We are Vacation With Tiffany and are excited to help you with your travel. The following terms & conditions (the "Agreement") describe what you can expect from us. The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Vacation With Tiffany and the term "you" refers to the individual who signs this agreement.

By booking your arrangement with us, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this agreement and any additional terms and conditions of any supplier that are applicable to your booking arrangements. The lead passenger assumes the responsibility of sharing these terms and conditions with each passenger in their group, including payment of all amounts when due. It is the responsibility of each passenger to read our terms and conditions in its entirety. 

While we do accept major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, you must provide us a signed charge authorization agreement for every transaction for your trip. Your authorization is a binding agreement for us to charge your card, and as such, you waive any right to a chargeback in the case of cancellation for any cause (excepting fraud), including a force majeure event, as defined herein, and agree to refund policies and procedures as outlined in these terms and conditions. In the event a client attempts to chargeback, reverse or recollect a trip payment already made without our authorization, we reserve the right to collect all additional costs, fees and expenses associated with such chargeback, reversal or recollection, including, without limitation, attorney fees.

Travel insurance protection is Strongly Recommended. As your travel agent, we have a professional responsibility to recommend the purchase of travel protection to protect both you and your vacation. While we do offer coverage through certain carriers, we cannot compare all the policies or companies currently in the marketplace. This responsibility rests solely with you the customer and we advise you to do your research and find coverage that best fits your individual needs. We are limited to advising you of the need for such coverage.

Vacation With Tiffany is simply an intermediary between the Suppliers and the public. We do not own or operate any of, hotels, shore excursions, tours, transportation providers, cruise lines, vessels, airlines, travel protection companies, attractions, or other travel-related Suppliers who provide goods or services for your trip.  You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, delay, inconvenience or injury to your or your group members as a result of a breach of contract, act or omission whether willful or negligent, criminal or otherwise of any person other than Vacation With Tiffany or its direct employees, including but not limited to these Suppliers, their employees, agents, servants, or representatives.

If there is any part of these terms and conditions that you do not agree with, please do not use our travel services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions.
