How to Book Your Room
Step 1: Select your room (The rooms are separated by bedding preference. Please select the preferred option when booking)
Step 2: Choose the number of travelers and select your travel dates (*Please note child rates apply to children ages 3-12 at the time of travel, children 13 and older should be entered as adults. For children under 3 at the time of travel, do not include them in your traveler count, they can be entered separately when submitting the passenger details in Step 4.)
Step 3: Review and click Continue to Traveler Info
Step 4: Enter passenger details and agree to the terms & conditions
Step 5: Submit deposit payment authorization
Once your deposit has been authorized, you will receive a confirmation email within 24–72 hours along with a travel insurance quote.

After the final payment date, the trip is 100% non-refundable.

Changes requested after the group’s final payment date will incur a $100.00 per room fee (refundable if the request cannot be accommodated by the supplier).
