Important Information for Travel Abroad
If you're traveling abroad, keep in mind that your passport should be valid for six months beyond your travel dates. For this tour, make sure your passport remains valid until at least November 21, 2025. It's important to note that when making reservations for "double occupancy," you should include your roommate's name on the registration form to ensure you are matched with the correct person.
The group will depart from the US on May 20, 2025, to arrive in Athens on May 21, 2025. The hotel check-in date is May 21, 2025, and the group will leave Athens on May 28, 2025. If you're purchasing your own flight, please keep these dates in mind and plan accordingly, as private transfers are included only if you arrive/depart with the hostess. If your flights differ, please plan for airport transfer accordingly. The hostess will leave the US on May 20, 2025, to arrive by 10:00 am on May 21, 2025, and will plan to leave on May 28, 2025, by 12:00 noon.
Approximately 50 days in advance, you will receive a full itinerary and access to the Amare Travel itinerary app to plan your free time.
Automatic Billing Plan
To make your life easier, you can enroll in our automatic billing plan. We will calculate an evenly distributed automatic billing plan for you at the time of booking, so you will know in advance the day of every month that your payment will be processed. Your initial deposit is due at the time of booking, and your future payments will be charged according to the schedule you see on your invoice. Automatic billing is available at no additional cost.
