How to Book Your Room

Step 1: Select your room
Step 2: Choose the number of adult travelers and select your travel dates
Step 3: Review and click Continue to Traveler Info
Step 4: Enter passenger details and agree to the terms & conditions
Step 5: Submit deposit payment authorization

Once your deposit has been authorized, you will receive a confirmation email within 24–72 hours along with a travel insurance quote.

  • Private roundtrip airport transfers between Cancun International Airport (CUN) or Tulum International Airport (TQO) and Secrets Tulum Resort & Beach Club

  • All meals, snacks and beverages (including alcohol)

  • Taxes and tips

  • Travel insurance (A quote will be provided once your room is confirmed, however if you'd like to review coverage options with our partner WorldTrips, please click here).

  • Incidentals at the resort (a major credit card may be requested at check-in for incidentals)

  • Environmental Sanitation Tax for all tourists will be imposed by the Mexican government as follows (not included in your package and subject to change without notice) : $29.32 MXN per night/per person (Approximately $1.69 per person, per night)

  • The state of Quintana Roo requires all foreign tourists to pay a tax of $244 MXN per person (Approximately $13.67 per person, not included in the package and subject to change without notice). The payment can be made prior to travel, upon arrival or during the stay, as the tax will be imposed upon departure. Visitors will have the option to access http://visitax.gob.mx, where they will complete a brief questionnaire and make the payment.

  • Deposit Due: $150.00 per person by July 20, 2026

  • Final Balance: Due by June 4, 2027

 

Cancellation Policy

  • Initial deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • After the final payment date, the trip is 100% non-refundable.

Modifications

  • Changes requested after the group’s final payment date will incur a $100.00 per room fee (refundable if the request cannot be accommodated by the supplier).
