I authorize DELL WAY TRAVEL, INC. to charge the credit card or bank account indicated on this invoice for the noted amount on today's date. This payment is for the services described on the invoice. I understand that all payments made to DELL WAY TRAVEL, INC. are non-refundable. I certify that I am an authorized user of this credit card and that I will not dispute the payment with my credit card company, so long as the transaction corresponds to the terms indicated on this invoice

CRUISE TERMS & CONDITIONS

Thank you for choosing Dell Way Travel for your cruise vacation experience. Before proceeding with your reservation, please read and understand the following terms and conditions.

1. NON-REFUNDABLE PURCHASE

All cruise reservations are non-refundable. Once your reservation is confirmed, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances, including personal cancellations, unforeseen events, schedule changes, travel restrictions, medical issues, or changes in travel plans. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.

1. AGE REQUIREMENT

All guests must comply with the cruise line's age requirements and policies. Guests under the minimum age required by the cruise line must be accompanied by an adult who meets the cruise line's requirements.

1. SAFETY RESPONSIBILITY

Guests are solely responsible for their own safety during travel. Dell Way Travel and its affiliates do not guarantee the safety of participants. We encourage all travelers to review applicable travel advisories, health requirements, and safety information before departure.

1. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS

Cruise accommodations, shore excursions, tours, flights, transfers, transportation, hotels, and onboard services are provided by cruise lines, airlines, hotels, transportation providers, and other independent contractors. Dell Way Travel does not own, operate, supervise, manage, or control these suppliers and is not responsible for their actions, omissions, service quality, safety standards, delays, cancellations, injuries, losses, or damages. Guests utilize these services at their own risk.

1. PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

A. Payment Terms

• All deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Full payment is required by the final payment due date.
• Monthly payment plans may be available and are subject to specified deposit requirements.

B. Late Payments & Cancellations

• Late payments may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund.
• Reinstatement of a canceled reservation is not guaranteed and may be subject to additional fees.
• Failure to make final payment by the designated due date may result in automatic cancellation without refund.

C. Name Changes

• Name changes may be permitted subject to cruise line policies, availability, and applicable fees.

D. Cabin Occupancy Changes

• Rates are based on the number of occupants assigned to a cabin.
• Changes in occupancy may result in additional charges or pricing adjustments.
• Pricing and availability are subject to change until all occupants have deposited and paid in full.

1. ITINERARY CHANGES

Cruise itineraries, ports of call, onboard activities, events, entertainment, and schedules are subject to change without notice. The cruise line reserves the right to modify, substitute, cancel, or alter any aspect of the itinerary as necessary.

1. LIABILITY RELEASE

By making a reservation, you voluntarily release, waive, and discharge Dell Way Travel, its owners, employees, agents, contractors, affiliates, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, expenses, injuries, illnesses, death, property damage, legal fees, or other incidents arising from or related to your travel experience.

1. CANCELLATION POLICY

Dell Way Travel is not financially responsible for cancellations made by guests. All payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable regardless of the reason for cancellation or the date on which the cancellation occurs.

1. MISSED DEPARTURE

If you miss your flight, cruise, transfer, hotel check-in, embarkation, or any portion of your travel arrangements due to negligence, personal circumstances, travel delays, documentation issues, or any other reason, all payments remain non-refundable and non-transferable. Dell Way Travel is not responsible for any resulting expenses.

1. CHARGEBACKS

Any chargeback or payment dispute initiated after agreeing to these terms and conditions may be considered a breach of this agreement. Dell Way Travel reserves the right to deny future bookings, pursue collection efforts, recover fees incurred, and seek legal remedies as permitted by law.

1. CARDHOLDER AGREEMENT

By making a payment, you certify that you are the authorized cardholder or have legal authorization from the cardholder to use the payment method provided. You accept full responsibility for all charges associated with the reservation.

1. AUTHORIZATION FOR THIRD-PARTY PAYMENTS

If you are making a payment on behalf of another individual and are not traveling, Dell Way Travel may require additional documentation, including a signed authorization form and/or notarized authorization letter, before processing payment.

1. TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION

It is the sole responsibility of each guest to obtain and maintain all required travel documents, including passports, visas, residency cards, vaccination records, and any other documents required by the cruise line, airline, destination country, or government authority. Failure to obtain proper documentation will not constitute grounds for a refund.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By submitting a deposit or payment toward your reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them.
