🔐 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT POLICY:

• Total Non-Refundable Deposit: $600.00 USD per person

  • $300.00 due by May 9, 2025

  • Remaining $300.00 due by June 9, 2025

Deposits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstance, including but not limited to illness, travel delays, changes in availability, or personal conflicts.

📅 PAYMENT PLAN:

Once your full deposit is received, equal monthly payments are required.

• Final payment is due no later than February 1, 2026

• Failure to make consistent monthly payments may result in cancellation of your booking without refund or credit.

❌ CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:

• All deposit payments are 100% non-refundable.

• Monthly installment payments (excluding deposit) are refundable until February 1, 2026, minus any fees or penalties imposed by vendors.

• As of February 1, 2026, ALL PAYMENTS BECOME 100% NON-REFUNDABLE.

• No credits or transfers will be issued after this date.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel protection to safeguard your investment. Travel insurance should include trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and baggage coverage.

📌 IMPORTANT NOTES:

• Room occupancy is based on double or single accommodations. If a roommate cancels or is not secured, single occupancy pricing will apply.

• Airfare is not included unless specified otherwise.

• Guests are responsible for obtaining and maintaining a valid passport (minimum 6 months validity from return date) and any required visas.
